Yes!!! Definitely use the weights that are right for you. This workout is for building strength... not a lot of repetitions so you can use (slightly) heavier weights. Even an extra pound makes a difference on some body parts. Thanks so much for working out with us!!
Always enjoy Nate's appearances, they warm this mom's heart to see his relationship with his step-mom, but today he even taught me something! I've never done skull crushers with the grip he used...until today. Definitely hits different, so thank you Nate, for teaching this 46-year old something new!

I enjoy your walking workouts. The quality of these strength workouts are not great compared to what other trainers on YT offer. Just some feedback, no hate. Also, you should consider tying your lovely hair back.

This was fun and I love the workouts with Nate. Can’t believe he uses 25 lbs and you use 15 but I feel I’ve accomplished something when I add weights.
