I love the addition of the voices makes him so much better otherwise I feel like I constantly have to be looking at the screen to see what’s coming next thank you so much
I really like the captions on the screen for cueing us for the next move (like the walking workouts) People that can’t hear well can follow along much easier that way.
@@66gerbilyou could always try it by just making fists when she has dumbbells and using your body weight or use a water bottle as weights ❤️❤️❤️ I'm not a beginner but I do push-ups on my knees like her sister is showing and I use a lot smaller weights like 3 or 4 lbs
@@66gerbil oh I see. 🥰 I used 2 lb weights for most of my adult life. Been working out my whole life. I'm 55 😆 and just moved up to larger ones recently.
