In case someone is having the same problem with Base Iris Texture endlessly multiplying. 1. Change Repeat to Clip for Base Iris Texture 2. Create New image texture for Alpha of Base Iris Texture and not connect it to Mapping node. Outer and Inner iris color works fine and position is fixed.
You've skipped the most important part for the eyes nobody noticed. You've copied the mask node to split the mask itself to alpha and the iris to color.
i was following along fine but than it seems you skipped a few steps at 21:00-22:00 minutes and was just curious why. i didnt get the brown colour and i am stuck at the black pupils.
So at 21:51 you have Texture Coord into Mapping, into T_iris_A_M, color going to seperate rgbm red giubg to multiplky factor, with colour 1 being black, colour 2 being a pink. That result going to a Darken Color 2. Also from the seperate rgb you have green going to factor of a mix, in that mix you have the result of the darken going to colour 2. Also from the seperate rgb you have blue going to the darken factor. And then that all disappears, and you have seperate rgb now with red going to mutliply color 2 instead of factor, and replacing pink, color 1 is red instead of black, and so much more changing.
Since you skipped 21:35 to 21:36, I don't understand how you did it. How did you do the outside of the pupil? Can you make a separate video about this? or give a detailed answer to my comment? It's important for me.
is all good, but for me the eyes didn't work well, I have not been able to make the color I was looking for, I was trying to make blue eyes... but I couldn't.. could you maybe make an extra tutorial about this? And I don't know if it happened also to someone else I have been able to export only one of the lowest resolutions (LOD_4 I believe) of the entire character, I saw all the LOD, but they are full of artifacts a part the LOD 4 and 3 Thank you!!!
@@VOSAN not to me. I just started using unreal engine, and since everybody knows or think it is easy, they don’t explain the process. So I dont know neither I can figure it out. I have been trying for several weeks now. I need help
dude. at minute 21:35 you jumped cut, did something, things look different, never showed the entire node tree, and now it is impossible to finished the eye. I have no idea how to do this. What in the world did you do? seriously help. the texture multiplies a few times and when and when I conect everything it is just a black small point with no gradients. wtf? I noticed you have the green green channel already set up on the node tree all of the sudden. something that I have managed to figure out. but, I have many eyes balls, there are a few black dots instead of a pupil. danm, what is your twitter or something Now, if I move forward tp minute 22:03 I see that you are not using the blue channel you used on a previous jump cut, and that you have changed some blend properties to darken and multiply. This is a puzzle not a tutotial

I'm sorry for that. That part is about transform UV, I spent some time to find the correct number so I skipped.

That was really well done. Great workflow.
Thank you.
youre a life saver man

The part skipped is typing the value.
@@VOSAN I did everything the same way and it still didn't work. The brown part of the eye was absent. what could be the problem?
Can I do it with another uv texture? in my blender there is no mh
thank you

What kind of artifacts you got from LOD 0, 1 , 2? Yes the eyes have many problems, may be some creating eyes tutorial could help you.
Did anyone figure out the pupils and color yet? I'm stuck where the video skips.
I have been stuck for weeks trying to figure this out. Thank you so much. But, how do you do the eyebrows, hair, and clothing?
Those parts are easy to find from another assets .

What about the eye brows
i have one problem when im in cycle and adding sss the lacrimal causes near the eye to be darker
Can we get hair as well?
Bro how to apply makeup mask texture of metahuman in blender
how about roughness map on the skin
I can't find the correct map for roughness but I think using the detail mulitplied with base color could do it.
Hello, I’m confused on a couple of steps and I’d like to know if you can send me the file to this?

I changed parameter. Just copy the number after.
It is a long time since I done this project and I can not remember all of this . But I still have the files somewhere. Do you want those files ?
@@VOSAN I would really appreciate the files, big cat. I could reverse engineer it.
@@VOSAN hi! I really wanna the files! Please. send me if you still have one 🌳
@@ksunnywazowski Were you able to get the files?
