Never start a diesel and rap the shit out of the engine especially in cold weather that's so hard on them. word if advice, let your glow plugs cycle a few times if that doesn't work replace them because that starter won't last long the way your cranking on it, and I guarantee you would be learning that real quick if you ever have to change one out in -20 below outside in the snow.

That starter is fried. Let the glow plugs heat up, crank for 5-10 seconds, if it doesn't start, repeat the process.
Might want to get a block heater and a Valeo starter
