That was planned out ...all the bolts were removed

Takes about a half dozen steps from drilling the holes and removing the bolts to placing the chains and then finally getting in it and driving it. So it's not one easy step. Because if this thing was still bolted to the frame it would have been a totally different outcome. Those chains would have sliced a chunk of that box off and that would have been about it.

It's just a Dodge. If he wanted a real truck, he would've just gotten a Ford.

That starter is fried. Let the glow plugs heat up, crank for 5-10 seconds, if it doesn't start, repeat the process.
