Imprisoned for owning books? This country is becoming terrifying.
1984 levels of terrifying
That's when you execute the judge for corruption against humanity
Seen the movie made based on Bradbury' s book , Fahrenheit 451 ! Its come to fruition now .Its real !
Emigration is an opportunity.
I had books by Oswald mosely stolen from me by the police, they never charged me but just took them with no reason given
This judge should be arrested and disbarred
He is loyal to the crown. A traitor to the people.
Arrested, for what? Charged, with what? The system in England and Wales makes it difficult to get rid of judges. Parliament must petition the Queen for High Court Judges and above. It's rather simpler for Circuit and District Judges. The Lord Chancellor can sack them with the agreement of the Lord Chief Justice. It's never happened to an Appeal or High Court Judge.
Judge reminds me of the one who forced a child to live with his abusive father rather than his relatives. The father murdered him a few weeks later !!!
I'm really confused about this one, was this a magistrates court or a court with a jury? I would have thought a jury would have kicked this straight into touch?
@@Something162
As a rule magistrates or police courts, cannot give long prison sentences and must be referred to higher courts or crown courts and asisses.
I wasn't aware of this case, now that I am, I find it truly shocking. If there was no crime committed and if the defendant was just minding his own business, this is totally unacceptable. A man is now in prison for thought crime. A political prisoner in the UK. Owning books and other memorabilia does not in any way constitute an act of terrorism. This sentence is an astounding example of ideological overreach. It's the judge that needs locking up,

Imagine if we went around arresting and jailing everyone with a Qur'an
I mean it does say death to all infidels could you imagine the uproar hahaha
This is how you feather your own nest by creating terrorists
But he must have been convicted of a crime to have been given a custodial sentence. I'm still trying to fathom out what that crime was. The definition of crimes can be quite convoluted. I don't how what he 'did' to have a defined criminal offence ascribed to it.

Criminals running the justice system.
I really appreciate your channel. Thanks Crimebodge!
So he was jailed for owning legally available books and the judge thinking he might do something in the future? Wow!
Welcome to Thought Crime...
That judge needs locking up for future tyranny
British justice is basically: You can't own this, because you could do this.
Ability to commit crime before committing the crime, Britain baby!
It turns out that lots of judges in the UK are in fact mind readers, capable of peering into your mind, reading your innermost thoughts and knowing what you will one day do even before you do. It's a wonder, with so many extraordinarily talented mind-reading judges, why the UK even bothers going to the expense of having police and a criminal justice system when all we need are these mind reading judges to go around and point out the criminals and future criminals among us.
He shoula male appeal and get this judge dismissed for ever.
The question is; What can we do? How do we stop this before it’s too late?
Police are throwing people in jail for mean tweets. Face it, it already too late.
That judge should be sacked immediately
Imagine rushing Normandy and getting to this point. RIP
It's the logical conclusion. Kill off whoever is fighting Communism, do everything to support Communists and allow them to win the war. Then link everything bad under the Sun with the "Far-Right" and never nothing negative to the Far Left. End result is a Marxist takeover.

While this is most certainly done to send a message to us all, it is also certainly about sentencing Brock. They are absolutely desperate for a 'far right' terror threat equivalence to that posed by Islam. Beyond that is the hackneyed, cobbled together White Man Bad narrative to prop up - everything is caused by and/or a reaction to our colonial/white supremacist ways.
Reminds me of the episode of Father Ted where the priest has war memorabilia from the second world war all from the German side.
The people who appointed this partisan judge are the ones that need jailing.
I wonder if this judge gets the irony of what he's done. You want to talk about extremist views, this judge is the very embodiment of extremism he's accusing and jailing others for.
Well I'd call the judge a nazi fascist tbh. I don't like all that nazi memorabilia shit btw I'm English till I die.

It is not just police that are a problem, the judges are too. We need to recognize that the judges are the enemy.
The whole state ( and its many arms ) has become the 'ENEMY' !
It's rotten to the very core all the way down to the shadow government.
More like you need to recognize that the people giving the orders was always the real problem and that focusing on the police was always a waste of time.
@@sophiaperennis2360 You are right of course, BUT the police are the interface with us, behind which they hide. The Order Givers are inaccessible. Dictatorships prefer the population to hate the police. It serves several purposes. 1. The police can be made scapegoats if and when necessary to win a bit of Regime popularity. See how the public cheer AND RELAX a bit on the rare times when a bad officer gets nobbled. 2. Public hating police goads even good police to hate the public, a vicious circle, and makes police more reliable order takers and dissent crushers. Both these reasons are why police forces are now recruiting officious, uneducated, and generally sub-standard bullies and giving preference to non-whites in a still mostly white nation. A standard instruction in all British police forces today is to not make friends outside the police force. The official reason is it makes a police officer more "impartial." The real reason, I submit, is more sinister. It is to encourage an "us and them" attitude. Remember when Coppers changed from dressing in Bobby Blue to Gestapo Black? One official reason given by the Home Office was "…it makes an officer's appearance more intimidating." How revealing of official contempt towards the public is that statement?
It’s alarming how one sided the law is

Can't jail us all ? yes actually they can, or at least resort to tags and curfews, and none of us want a criminal record, but on principle alone any book that the government decides is potentially criminal should be purchased.
