  • We've been on the hunt for a water deioniser for some time, however as they’re generally quite bulky and supply of the most common machine is unavailable in New Zealand - we’ve been unable to get our hands on one, until now!
Our friends over at PureWash have sent us the Alto 10, which is a ready to use system. Just connect to your water source and you're ready to clean with on-demand 'Spot-Free Water.'
The Alto 10 features a 10 litre Resin Tank and a 10" Carbon Sediment Pre-Filter which should provide approx. 4000-5000L of 'Spot-Free" water (dependent on the quality of your water source) at a flow rate of up to 10 litres per minute.
The machine itself weighs just 12KG when filled and is made in New Zealand.
The PureWash Alto 10 can be picked up directly from PureWash: www.purewash.co.nz/products/a

Guys, Don't circle the sponge, follow the lines will reduce the swirls
also i wouldn't clean the bottom of the car before the whole top is done and with the same sponge tbh

Also, if you could do a video on how to check if the filter and the sand are due for replacement
and how to maintain filter and the sand after using it. i.e. do i have to dry them to avoid mould etc?

Hi, the easiest way to check the water quality reading is with the included TDS meter.
      Here’s a link- ua-cam.com/video/aSJj2pzcFfs/v-deo.htmlsi=0_XaUtg_hs6xpsoU

Some soaps say they reduce the likelihood of leaving water spots (ie they soften the water) but to be safe I would use deionised water throughout every step of your wash process.

Thanks Im planning to buy one after watching ur review.
      What i meant above is
If I use Purewash together with any cleaning product (e.g. foam product) under the sun, would Purewash still prevent waterspots?
I get that Purewash wont leave waterspots when not used with other chemicals.
But Im trying to find out if Purewash together with other cleaning product can still be used under the sun
      thanks

@seankim5161 purewash will still prevent water spots when used with foam. You don’t want to let the soap dry on the surface though. If you can work out of direct sunlight.
