    If you used hot melt glue to hold the file in place it would be easy to warm it up, get it out, and flip the file over to get a new cutting face when it wears out.

      Hi Chris, Its a fair comment, but the file never wears out. The frets are so soft compared to the steel file. I've been using the same file for 10 years. But your idea would be good for changing the type of file smooth or single cut for example. thanks for your comment. Mike

    Enjoying this series Mike. I did the same thing many years ago. Your table saw has a very short fence on it. Is that by design?

      Hi Dane. Very well spotted on the fence. Its a great table saw, but the fence is way to short. I am in the process of making a full length job out of Aluminium. Cheer Dane...MIke
