Very clean backlever man! I’ll be training that when I get my muscle up and handstand mastered. I actually did a video about my muscle ups. I’m so close on getting a clean muscle up. Handstand still needs some training.

i just cant overcome the platoe with front lever advanced tuck, im stuck at it , i cant get more than 1-2 sec, can you make a video about this ?
I think that you need to focus more on core strength and pulling strength, try to implement exercises like dragon flags, toes to bar, hollow holds, wide pullups australian pullups and explosive high pull ups. These will definitely get you strength to hold the advanced tucked longer👌💪

Yes, absolutely but it can also be that the progression is just too hard at the moment
15k subscribers at the end of dis year. what's realistic to achieve in in 1year of training regarding to skills
15K would be insane🙌 within 1 year you can achieve a muscle ups, handstand maybe backlever depends on your current strength
In one year of training I achieved the pullover, the muscle up, the advanced tuck front lever, the dragon flag hold, archer pull ups with bent arm, pistol squats, one arm push ups and push ups clapping behind the back 😉
Now I’m working on one arm pull up negatives, back lever using a red resistance band on parallel bars, handstand and handstand push ups on the wall, and improving my dragon flag and muscle ups.
When doing the backlever drops, do I increase how long the drop lasts or how many i can do?
If you're doing it as a backlever hold (part 1 of my workout), you should aim for max seconds but then it's justn one rep. If you're doing them as dynamic exercise then you should aim for max reps but make sure to do proper drops (about 3-6 seconds drop)
