I find telling someone with a camera to stop filming and go away very strange behavior, its also very rude behavior too. However like she said she doesn't care about here behavior, and from the data breach, she apparently doesn't care about GDPR either.
Totally agree with the guy. The police have observe a guy with a camera and are going down that line. Plus, if Andrew is called by his first name, then Andrew can have the first names of the officers. Otherwise its sir or by his surname. But over all Andrew did the right thing. The police over reacted and basically took the piss...
He repeatedly asked her not to use his first name. She continued to do so against his wishes. She was not on first name terms with him. So she was out of order.
Cops walk up giving this guy loads of hassle. They keep going on about filming causing harassment. FILMING IN PUBLIC IS NOT HARASSMENT! Someone can't be breaking the law by doing something lawful. How difficult is it to understand that concept. Then cops get proven wrong and they STILL just can't help themselves and give unwanted advice. So they've been rude telling him that he's doing something wrong. But as soon as he tells them to jog on and get back to work, they take offence as if he shouldn't say that to them. They always act as if they've been nothing but polite and friendly and why would someone speak to them like that. But we all know why they get spoken to like that. Because they don't just automatically deserve your respect.
Great video I love all your looks at these types of situations and letting us know legally how it actually is very much enjoyed it. The solicitor ladies weren’t they stuck up cows fly me thinking they could use the police as a weapon unfortunately the two police arrived didn’t know the law and we’re a bit thick with their little gang badges and everything didn’t know what they were doing. Andrew held out and won the situation but he was right. He shouldn’t keep saying his name all the time I know it makes no difference to us and that we respect him for what he does anyway. 19:43
There's no expectation of privacy in a public space! You can take photographs or video of anything that you can see, whilst in a public place. If they're worried they should take precautions to prevent! The Police are exceeding their powers, when they attempt to threatened to take actions against the photographer! Solicitors should understand the law and it's implications!
Will you be saying that if someone is snooping around your house with a long lens taking pictures of your family and possessions? It’s just the same. He was taking pictures of private property. He was breaking the law and was fortunate not to be nicked.
David your making the same mistake that the Police officers made. If the business owner had made strenuous efforts to obscure the view, that would have been different! There is case law, of an individual that took photographs over a fence, of a woman sun bathing in the nude, in her private garden calling the Police. That case hinged on the fact that the photographer just pointed the camera and pressed the shutter! The court dismissed the case and awarded costs to the photographer! My kitchen window at home is just like the shop front, next to a pavement and I have had to obscure the panes, by using frosted plastic sheets, to maintain my privacy!
@ Not at all. Bizarrely private gardens are considered to be a public space, so in the case of the naked lady a passing photographer could take a picture so long as he didn’t use it to defame the subject. In the case of capturing images of people seen in windows in a public setting this is also OK. However people still have a limited expectation of privacy and as in this situation the photographer is deliberately peering through the window to take detailed pictures of the interior and the people inside. In this example much of the view inside is obscured by frosted film so the photographer is making a purposeful act to take pictures of the ladies inside. This caused distress that caused them to call the police. This kind of distress is deemed harassment and I am sure you would feel the same if someone fixed their camera directly to your kitchen windows to take pictures of you inside and continued to argue with you after you asked them to go away. There is no description of how the alleged breach of GDPR happened or if it happened at all. The complainant could equally allege that the photographer was trying to steal data, which could be upheld if he could see it or not. It’s evident that harassment took place, it is possible that a privacy intrusion took place and unlikely that a GDPR breach took place, in the initial instance and certainly in the counter allegations against the police.
The address is 21 High Street Tenby Pembrokeshire. The staff are all English white flighters, like the 2 police officers. Please stay in your own country.
These nobjob cops spouting about other peoples feelings, should be told ''I also have feelings, & I don't feel like going away or stopping recording''. Now do your job & protect MY fkn feelings, & my rights!!.
The law is supposed to be based on objective facts not subjective feelings. The fact they don't like being filmed whilst they are out in public is irrelevant and nothing to do with the law.
Police breaching GDPR then trying to instruct others. How are we supposed to take them seriously when they don't even take their own policy seriously. These police need more training.👍
Permission to film? 😂 The wpcs should first learn the law being starting out on the beat duty... we the public don't fund the police for such flimsy duty officers....

All them cars on double yellows. Not one ticket issued. As for the shop, Well hopefully some of their customers will see the breach and take their business to a more secure company.
He got told to stick to the law. The officer had the cheek to reply he was but then continued to fabricate the situation. If something or someone is in public or not. It or they can be filmed from any public space they can be seen from. That is totally legal. FEELINGS don't come into it.
A new business, a law firm, with the greatest of respect, would you want to use them when they have shown the level of knowledge they have of the law, I don't think shoving a framed picture of GDPR in your face in the street while abusing your LEGAL responsibilities is a very good advert for the public to judge you, OR, maybe it is an excellent way the public should judge you. I know after bragging about their knowledge or lack of knowledge I certainly wouldn't let them defend me for FREE, let alone chrge for their services.
Fine, report them to the ico on their behalf and then see how that certificate looks being put in the shredder. Solicitors should know better, a pub landlord can show his alcohol licence but its not worth the paper its written off if they serve kids

I find telling someone with a camera to stop filming and go away very strange behavior, its also very rude behavior too. However like she said she doesn't care about here behavior, and from the data breach, she apparently doesn't care about GDPR either.
He could only see the back if the monitors. So no data breach as he wasnt able to to see the screen.
🫵🤡
🤪
Take another look.
Totally agree with the guy.
The police have observe a guy with a camera and are going down that line.
Plus, if Andrew is called by his first name, then Andrew can have the first names of the officers.
Otherwise its sir or by his surname.
But over all Andrew did the right thing. The police over reacted and basically took the piss...
so be it cuz the money comes from the public and not us, this is why the police officers need to pay these civil claims and not us
It is not a lens you need but a polarising filter to rduce or block the reflection of glass or water.
Bit weird that they show the certificate for Chorlton House which is a holiday accommodation business and not a solicitors.
Oh 😱
I thought they were a Comedy agency 🤡🤡
@@robwilson8673 There's multiple companies registered at the same address. One of them could be.
Filming into private property without consent is unlawful.
He was filming into a PRIVATE place. It doesn’t matter if was was stood on the street, he’s committing an offence.
Paul David Smith Photography takes a considered view on his web page ‘photographers-rights’ that you might find interesting.
Ah its Wales, says a lot..
The address is 21 High Street Tenby Pembrokeshire. The staff are all English white flighters, like the 2 police officers. Please stay in your own country.
Gang member ....... 😂😂😂😂😂😂
These nobjob cops spouting about other peoples feelings, should be told ''I also have feelings, & I don't feel like going away or stopping recording''. Now do your job & protect MY fkn feelings, & my rights!!.
It’s the data holder’s responsibility to protect its data. I can’t believe British police are being crap.
The law is supposed to be based on objective facts not subjective feelings. The fact they don't like being filmed whilst they are out in public is irrelevant and nothing to do with the law.
Yet again, police wandering way too far off the reservation and getting completely lost…. Purge required 👍
Police breaching GDPR then trying to instruct others. How are we supposed to take them seriously when they don't even take their own policy seriously. These police need more training.👍
Permission to film? 😂
The wpcs should first learn the law being starting out on the beat duty... we the public don't fund the police for such flimsy duty officers....
That is their problem their feelings. These police do not know what harassment is, the law that is,the definition. Not acceptable persons are put out on the street in uniform and don’t know what they are talking about
All them cars on double yellows.
Dont TRUST this solicitors, plenty others to use
DID THE POLICE NOTIFY THE AUDITOR THEIR BODYWARN CAMERAS HAD BEEN ACTIVATED.?
OmG!!!!!!! #police please train your police officers
At lease ONE 🙈🙈🙈🆘
when will they train the police that filming in public is legal
Better not go window shopping then..
Naughty naughty hurty feelings police
👍
Officers, saying his name repeatedly is attempting intimidation.
You have blown this out of proportion, and are inciting and agrevating the interaction. That does not encourage compliance.
oh no we have the thin blue line gang flag
To be honest, probably the first auditor to have an actual job if he works in a chip shop lmao. Most of these auditors come across as incels who hate women
About time I said beards
