thank you for 6000 subscribes.
this channel is to expose corruption and get all discipline information on public employee's
my videos take a long time because of all the research to get as much information as i can and FOI requests take time. I'm waiting of the results from a FOI request's and then ill be making more video's i don't want to just go and look for a reaction.
If the police came out as fast as they did for a "legal activity"... We should ALL be glad of their speedy response for turning up to solving actual crimes taking place 👊
She wants him not to record her private vehicle and actually points out which vehicle is hers. How would he have known it was hers until she told him? What a dense bint!
But ticks the boxes
Corruption is the abuse of public office for personal gain.
Lots of police stations have police cars parked illegal outside.
Those police stations compounds are full of personal vehicles, because the officers don't want to pay parking charges. That's the gain.
So they certainly don't want evidence of their corruption in the public domain.
Don’t tell him you name, Pike!
That is one of the classic comedy lines. @@ConcernedCitizenCa
I've seen quite a few of them do this ( and others , security guards , managers etc )
You can see why there is a disconnect, poor policeing skills yet again. They look so scruffy. These days ,retired lifeboatman
They scumbags cops are going to start something they don't want 😡
Here in The Netherlands we have article 7 of our constitution AND article 10 of the human rights act to protect the freedom to gather information in public. So we have double protection.
We have the police force we deserve! We've been robbed!
Badge number is 1312? That is the most accurate description of the police 😂😂😂
skim reading the comments to see if anyone else had picked up on that!
Lies and excuses to try and get ID.
Lying cops escalating a situation into something it is not. ... Just another day for these filthy tyrants.
Item 10 in the document is interesting. When have we 'EVER' seen an officer take action against a colleague acting inappropriately.
For anyone in a similar situation while filming Plod:
"Constable, I am photographing private car registrations that I will later check on the Gov.UK website to verify they have all paid Road Tax (VED) and have a current MOT. I would consider any attempt by a Police Constable to prevent me doing so as a criminal attempt by that Constable to inhibit a lawful activity with the clear intention of hiding the potential law-breaking of a fellow Constable. This would be an attempt to tamper with evidence of an offence and an attempt to pervert the course of justice, for which I would follow up appropriately with the Chief Constable, the PF/CPS, official complaints and a civil case".
Or just tell 'em it's none of their business.
The registration plate is not private, it is a personalised plate. The right to use it may be the owner but it;s primary use and purpose is to identify the vehicle., access to that information and it's data is restricted. This PC is not really engaging her brain and trying to police by her wishes, not the law. The contempt the majority of police have to anyone who does not bow down to them is palpable.
Agreed. There is no such a thing as a 'private plate' on a car. All registration numbers belong to the DVLA and they are therefore regarded as public property as they are ultimately owned by the government, which is you, me and everyone else. As such there is no problem filming them, even on private land - no matter how badly every Plod wants that to be illegal. If anyone purchases a 'vanity plate' they don't actually own the number, they simply buy the right to bear it exclusively on any suitable vehicle they choose, unless the DVLA pulls it back from them.
I have two personalised plates, one on a vehicle another retained that costs £85 pounds to retain for ten years, and can retain for another ten yrs for a fee.
i could see the phone number and some notes on her pad.. is that a GDPR breach?
People who don't know that a car number plate isn't private should be getting better support for intellectual shortness from mental health services. They potentially shouldn't be allowed to drive if they have certain disabilities.
8:05 if she hadn't pointed out the car with her personal plate, he wouldn't have known it was hers 😂
If you buy a private number plate you still do not own the number DVLA allows you to replace the Original number given to the vehicle and at anytime the DVLA can take instruct you to remove the private number plate from you if you broke any regulations.
They are breaking the law , abuse !
I just bought a private Reg... It explicitly states on the V750 that it remains property of the DVLA.
My personalised plate was a gift. I wouldn’t waste money on a plate
@@pinac-audit each to thier own.
@@just-gaming213 yep I don’t like spending money on things that doesn’t gain me a profit
Is there any police in uk that actually kmow a single thing about the job their payed to do? Simple things like identifying themselves, informing public about body cams being on . Theyd ratjer argue saying they havny goto than learn it
They know they have to ID on request, they just hope we don't know that. Because them acceding to our request diminishes them, it's all power play dominance.
Their thought is" I ask the questions here" American cops even say it at the drop of a hat.
The memo re Auditing has been sent to every Police station EVERY year since 2010 Originally sent by A.C.P.O which then morphed into the N.P.C.C no Police officer has a valid reason to not know its contents.
She may have paid for that private reg but it's still in the public domain. Anyway, it's a personal reg not a private reg. There are no such things as private reg numbers.
😂 Regardless of personalised plates, they are visible to the public.
By law, whilst in public , that's the irony, it must be displayed,'but you can't record it'.😮
I could be wrong, but I think both of you are wrong. It’s still owned by the DVLA. It’s just that you purchased it of somebody else of another vehicle, but the basis of the numberplate is still the same
She had a mask on ,that's a plus ,
Now ,just engage her brain
Brilliant the way he dealt with this female cop. If she was prepared to listen she could have learnt a lot. But as always they don't want to listen. Their egos won't allow them to.
NUMBERPLATES! 😂
They never no anything about the law
'Please don't film my personalised number plate.' That's a bit confusing - she paid for a special number plate to draw everyone's attention to it and to try and impress them but she doesn't want him to help her doing so.
Oh, I forgot to mention: Nobody knew it was her car until she made a point of drawing his attention to it. I think she was a bit concerned that he hadn't noticed.
@@omokoroa1nah... She's just thick as mince.
Why does she keep looking at the male officer for guidence
It takes an especially thick Quota Hire cop to approach an Auditor and tell them that they are not happy having him film HER personal licence plate on HER car and in one swift move manage to out herself and link her job, name, title and collar number to her car type and registration number .... and then she demands anonymity. Just stupid.
She has chosen not to cover up her car’s number plate then complains when someone looks at it. Strange.
WPC obviously doesn't care for professional ethics, she's too busy trying to infringe on the public's rights. She has no right to identify him.
Does that council area have a Workplace Parking Levy ? Is she , or any officer , allowed to park their private vehicles in that yard ?
Another example of police ignorance and bullying a member of the public.
What a stupid WPC ! She identified her own vehicle and also displayed information in her notebook when she was writing breaking GDPR data protection rules.
I've been watching auditing videos for the last 7 years and Ploddingalong' name vaguely rings a bell in the back of my mind, but don't recall ever subscribing to his channel.
On the whole Ploddingalong did pretty well, he was confident, friendly and polite towards the Sergeant and other 2 Constables.
The auditor had a good grasp of the law including his civil and human rights, but i suspect Ploddingalong was still relatively new to the auditting scene as a Citizen Journalist when he made this video; because in my opinion there were many things he could and should have said when talking to the officers on scene.
Ploddingalong knew he didn't have to give his personal details because he was not lawfully detained at that time for being suspected of committing an offence which required him to identify himself.
As Pinac Audit perfectly pointed out, the Sergeant contradicted himself, first saying that he had no problem with Ploddingalong filming, but then suspected the auditor of being a security risk.
PC 2625 (female) and PC 1312 (male) were unprofessional, PC 2625 put unnecessary pressure on Ploddingalong to provide his name, but the auditor stuck to his guns and justified good reasons for not wishing to disclose his personal details.
PC 1312 was cocky, arrogant, ego driven and disrespectful, when Ploddingalong asked the constable: "Can you give me 6 feet please?" PC 1312' response was: "Okay, well, can you step back?"
I like this guys demeanour. Assertive, and actually engages with them in a way that disputes sections and laws. I understand why some auditors play dumb - because it exposes what the police will try and get away with if they think someone is naive - but I also like it when the auditor tells them they are auditing and challenges them with factual information that contradicts their bs!
they seem to forget that their stations and car parks are all viewable via google earth
That police woman needs a hair cut
They are required to identify themselves first and if they are recording and NOT ask you for your details first. So impolite of them, and yet they are PUBLIC servants or have they forgotten that.
she does not own the car. the reg is owned by the dvla, hence parking tickets and speeding tickets, Gordan brown had brought it a Act that when you register your vehicle, your the registered driver, to actually own the vehicle which people in the UK think they do, after final payment, they dont.
Once you've paid for the vehicle fully you must apply to the main dealer ask for the return of the documents that came with the vehicle, this document is worth the same value as the nuts and bolts you think you own.
once its recieved you deregister your car from the corp DVLA.
YOU NOW OWN this vehicle out right and can no longer display a Dvla number plate,. No Tax is needed, but you own the vehicle as the police name it.
you will be stopped at least 6 times and will need to provide details at the station of who owns the private conveyance that you travel in, and its not for commercial use its your own private main travel.
already being done and tested by a number of us.
read up on it before saying its bollocks, as many are doing this.
Its a system the Police dont understand and are Clueless to whats actually going on, just like those who dont fully understand the wording ive just written or the document number you can find on line through certain helpful agencies. do your home work.
Blimey, I would be embarrassed if i had a blue Rover.
Was that X4 NFE MY eye sight is not what it was.
If they insist on your name always reply John Smith and say no more , they’re stumped 😮 .
Sick of the Polices attitude for bullying.
Even personalised plates are owned by the dvla. As someone who owns one, you pay to keep retention of it every time you want to use it. You just hold the retention right to it, which is valid for 10 years. All number plates, whether private or not, are owned by the dvla.
Now that the police want this special privacy for themselves and are often kitted out like Stormtroopers I believe it is now time for the Police to live in Police Barracks away from the public .
My understanding is that all registrations are owned by the DVLA. Surely a cop should know that.
There is no such thing as a private reg, a personalised reg maybe, if thats how someone wants to refer to a public reg, constucted in a manner that means something to them personally thaat they have been happy to pay for...
They earn the hate and the public see them as a joke, never help the police.
There is no such thing as a private registration, they are PERSONALISED registrations and are simply a PLATE associated to the VIN recorded in Swansea. Abuse the PLATE by messing with it and you can lose it.
They have so much shit on their tunics that they fail to show identifiers.
Used to enjoy his videos, he stopped uploading a while back.
Imagine having the cheek to walk right up to a man with a camera only to then claim that he is holding up to your face and that hes too close and that you want him to move back... is this guy that ignorant and lacks that much self awareness in life?
When there's proof a police officer is dumb, they should be sacked
good video, i feel uneasy about him filming private car registrations and putting them online . there are people cloning car number plates. there are bad people who would like harm the police and putting their private car number plates online puts them in danger, i think youtube, facebook etc. should refuse to accept footage unless private number plates a pixilated out
When they take out there little shopping books just say bread tomatoes corn beef cider etra 😂😂😂😂😂😂
X4 NFE is a strange reg, what’s it trying to say? It’s taxed until next February but needs MOT on 24/2/24.
THE POLICE ARE AMAZING 🤥
So on the subject of vehicle registration plates. You cannot and do not own them even cherished ones. All vehicle registration plates remain the property of the DVLA
If someone is so vain that they need a cherished number plate the DVLA are more than happy to accommodate them for a fee. But still they remain DVLA property.
DO NOT EXERCISE YOUR legal right to film in public
Again it's because of the cameras you can see we need lots more people with cameras but learn the laws first.you can see if they want to someone that doesn't now the law they could be taking away there freedom just remember that should be fired for trying to get his information
Is her numberplate privately legal check it out she may be breaking the law
its a poor auditor that cant read....like a accountant that cant count
Oh the irony of PC 1312 🤣😅
If its standard colour on plate its still registered with the dvla so still don't own it
Of course you can film it or are all DASHCAMS ILLEGAL
No you'll find that no one owns cars and reg no. The car build certificate the government under garden brown sold them if they was yours he couldn't well them
Come on new year bud you gotta start with one of your audits ???
I’ll see what I can do I’m busy starting a new business getting some free time is hard.
