@@jay.simone264 Yes Target is a vibe I think that was my first job where the company culture was lit everyone got along with everybody and got the job done. The only thing I didn’t like was the late nights sometimes..

I also heard that they don’t hire people unless they have some type of retail experience but if you got it and it’s your first job then I can get it😂😂

I was the sammee wayyy. But all it is are a few questions about yourself or how you would handle certain situations. And you have like two tries for each one just in case you do stumble over your words.

Heyy they told me to wear a red shirt and jeans without rips or khakis. You do have to provide your own uniform. But once you start working you can buy a red vest and any color shirt under it so your not recycling the same few shirts
How has working there been? I just got hired as a guest advocate and I don't rly know what that means either 😭could you maybe explain what you typically do in a day? Is it different than a normal cashier? Also do you know if switching departments is possible?
Heyyy so guest advocate means you work the front of the store (drive up, check lanes, guest services, and self check out) Switching lanes is possible talk to your team lead and see what they can do They may have you wait out your 90 probation tho

I’m a guest advocate But I do know fulfillment pack the pick and drive up orders so it’s like shopping per say And since it’s seasonal you won’t technically be a team member it’s a temporary position unless they bring you on as one

No frrr the late night be crazy I HATE closing it’s not for me I prefer a nice 9-3 type shift
