Very few Japanese steakhouses put the mustard sauce on the rice and it's excellent! Well done. Does anybody have a clue what the third seasoning was he put on the rice? Sesame seeds maybe....
Ryan Craven right now i am in fort worth texas, soon opening my own Ashim's Hibachi Grill, u should come visit me and it will be pleasure to cook for u
Working here you have to be mentally stable and strong and It's not a easy skill to learn but it is a very fancy way (think of it like the food version of flairing minus the bar tender)
Nobody asked me, i like to cook that way, from my experience customers loved that way more than mixing with rice right away, small details like that makes food more delicious!
a slight change in taste from each spoon full from different parts of the eggs. i thought it was a great idea. especially the salt, pepper, mustard sauce and "pepsi" as the foundation taste of the the fried rice. good chef, i learned a lot watching this video.
I remember when I went to a hibachi spot one time. He hit me with the ketchup trick, where he took a bottle of ketchup and sprayed it at me, but it was fake, just a plastic line. Scared the shit out of me but it was funny. Dude was cool.
Agree, there should be more meat for us. Its the old place my brother used to work, that's how they operated there. I got good news for you, me and my brother are opening a Hibachi Grill in DFW and we will make sure our guests will get the great quality food for a competitive price.
Actually, go around Japan and ask for a hibachi restaurant and all you're going to get are puzzled looks and a few awkward chuckles. Hibachi is an old-time room heater. It has nothing to do with food. The only reason why "hibachi" became popularized here is that the guy who introduced Japanese charcoal grills to America called it that because he thought shichirin would be too difficult to remember or pronounce.
@@danielt6689 But why do they call it Hibachi in the video? There are lots of different names that are thrown around. I use what terms I'm familiar with, just others use what terms THEY are familiar with. But why do they use the term Hibachi in this video when it's not a charcoal (which is what a Hibachi or Shinchirin would use? Well, then I am still correct if the guy that brought those grills to the US called them Hibachi. Either way, Teppan grills are NOT the same as a Hibachi OR Shichirin. OH, BTW, I don't go asking for Hibachi food when I go to Japanese Restuarants. The latest term being thrown around Is Binchoyaki . Bincho which is " "charchcoal" and "Yaki" meaning grill. so for a charcoal based grill, Would that make BinchoYaki the more proper term?
The hibachi chef that cooked my food was the most interesting man I've ever met. He pulled alot of illusions to brighten the mood.
where was it?
Kawa's Hibachi Grill and Lounge, Tyler Texas
Bumboozeler hahahaha me too!!
Bumboozeler lol seems like the most habachi tepanyaki grills are in texas lmao

Will never forget the first time i went to hibachi These people are so talented
Secret ingredient: love and passion for their work
secret sauce: smooth sauce
I remember going to a restaurant where they had these when I was young, was fascinated by them and still are!
Loved what he did with egg shells. So cool.
Your cheery disposition made this even more entertaining to watch !
Hibachi grills are great, but if the chef has a personality then it's even better.
xsinyxx agree I went today the chef we got was amazing compared to other places I’ve been
Brandon Pritts it’s really only fun if the chef talks and had fun too
Is it though? I just want good food. I don't care much for entertainment unless it's a dinner show like those polynesian places.
@@Brandocomando58 same thing with me today
Once there was this thing at mine and it was like this boy figure and it had like a sauce in it and it looked like it peed

Very few Japanese steakhouses put the mustard sauce on the rice and it's excellent! Well done. Does anybody have a clue what the third seasoning was he put on the rice? Sesame seeds maybe....
Ryan Craven yeah, ts was sesame seeds, gives good flavor
Sam Sam is that butter or margarine you guys put in the rice? Hopefully it's butter.
Ryan Craven thats garlic butter made from margarine, some places use just margarine, but garlic butter definitely gives much better flavor
Sam Sam wow! Man I hope you still work there when I come there bro. Can customers ask for chefs to cook for them?
Ryan Craven right now i am in fort worth texas, soon opening my own Ashim's Hibachi Grill, u should come visit me and it will be pleasure to cook for u

this guy got mad skills
Once he starts the rice, it literally makes the eggs look like nothing.
thats odd usually they mix up the egg but he left it to cook as white and yoke.
Nobody asked me, i like to cook that way, from my experience customers loved that way more than mixing with rice right away, small details like that makes food more delicious!
Sam Sam wait that was you? respect but how do you even learn all of those tricks and get them right?
TheOverlord takes a lots of practice and patience

Agree, there should be more meat for us. Its the old place my brother used to work, that's how they operated there. I got good news for you, me and my brother are opening a Hibachi Grill in DFW and we will make sure our guests will get the great quality food for a competitive price.
Woah that chef from hibachi is cool
I’ve only been to one hibachi and the food had no seasoning so I couldn’t really get with it.

It looked fancy restaurant til I saw the pepsi bottle
That was not soy sauce on the rice 🤨
This makes me hungry
This isn't Hibachi, this is Teppan style cooking. Hibachi is based on a charcoal grill, this is Teppan which is based on a griddle.
