Looks good so I'm going to give this a try. If you add all you dry ingredients to a container, put a lid on and shake it you get a much better distribution when you add it to the onions in this case.
Yet another cracking video, they look and taste delicious, you two are better than any tv cooking show, so please keep up these great and informative cooking videos, being an enthusiastic home cook I’m always looking forward to trying new recipes and ideas for family and friends. But please have a great holiday and break
Thank you so much 🙏 we are having a great time here in Turkey, Internet is poor even the hotel paid WiFi is 👎so no chance of any uploading at the minute 😕
Nice to see you teaching people these recipes, you can also use wanton wrappers,or for larger samosa egg roll wrappers,in US Indian restaurants they make a home made dough, which when fried comes out like a flaky short crust pastry, they are also pyramid shaped, made by cutting a circular piece of dough in half.I saw BIR Indian restaurants seem to use wanton wrappers.Baking soda in the bhajis will make them lighter.Happy Holidays.
Hi Beddy thanks so much for cooking my request. It all looks delish yum! yum! Love you guys. Will defo be trying this. Have a fabulous holiday both of you x
Brilliant, I have never made samosas or onion bhajis before but will certainly do now you have shown how easy they actually are to cook, have an amazing time, thanks for the reply Beddy come back all rested and happy regards to you both Maggie
Oh dang. I would always just pop into a supermarket and purchase Onion Bhajis & Vegetable Samosa. This is a great recipe, Ian and I definitely need to try it! Have a great holiday guys, just relax and enjoy it. It would be cool to see what you and Mands have for tea when you're out and about as well as VLOGS showing what you're getting up to but please, enjoy and relax... we'll all still be here when you get back, lol. 😊x
@BeddyEatsFood Ahh yes. That is some great weather to wake up to. Have a good one and get those shorts on... oh wait, you always do! Send my hellos to Mands, too. Have a good one, you two!
Hi Ian they looked yummy, have you tried an ice cream scoop with the slicer in to get the portions for the bhajis..? Much easier to get a good size ball 😊 good for stuffing balls too 😊 also good for cheesy deep fried mash balls too 😊
Hi beddy, I was going to ask you would you do onion Bhajis,I love them but never tried to make them ,so that’s great I’m going to have a go now and the samosas. As always looking good just one little bit of advice instead of adding water if while mixing it you crush the onions in your hands they release loads of juice and add a great taste but both ways work
