Fabulous Ian. Me and my hubby like quite a spicy curry, so we don’t generally have a korma but OMG!!! That’s definitely on our recipes to do list!!! I could have eaten it all - and the breads look amazing. Thank Ian - another fab meal 👌

A quick tip for you Ian,my Bangladesh friend told me to use hot water when making paratha,and put a thin layer of flour over the oil,and each time you make a fold to make the square oil it,and flour it,my friend said the hot water makes the breads soft.I made Chinese scallion pancakes for the kitchen at work,and used boiling water,they finished up so soft,and flakey.I like vegetarian curry,I have home made Baingan Bharta in my fridge now.😊
