Hi Voice, i have a ulnar nerve entrapment from hitting my elbow hard, i have numbness and weakness but no pain. How long will it last if i do these excercises every day?
I just diagnosed myself with cubital tunnel syndrome and watched nearly 25 videos of exercises from therapists and surgeons around the world. Yours is the most detailed and well explained that provided instantaneous relief. I will be back for more. Thank you, man!
Its awesome that it helps!
Sorry to bother but what is suggested from the doctor? I also think I have this kind of problem and I am a little bit worried.
Legit, these movements are helping my elbow pain dissapear
@@TomPuppetmaster update? pain ever fully go away?
III Eagle III For me, it took 2 weeks for the pain to completely subside but tbh I still feel that my arm isn’t the same as it was before even after almost a month.
Best video so far!! Thank you so much for your work 💯
Thank you very much! This is working for me beautifully! Among all the videos I've found on YT, yours has been for me the best one! I'm recovering pretty fast with those exercises! All the best!
Just developed ulnar nerve entrapment finally found a great vid showing detailed exercises. 👍

Thank you sooo much ! few days ago i woke up and i can't feel my right pinky. Googled this video and followed the excercises. Works like an absolute charm !
Starting having left hand pinkie issues (weakness, ache and loss of range of motion) due to golf and figured out the ulnar nerve was the problem. Looking for stretches and found your video. These are the most comprehensive and clear I have found. Thanks!
Thank you so much for this my friend!
Awesome video, sir. Thank you for explaining these exercises in such detail.
Thanks, hope it helps brother.
Oh yes these were fantastic exercises, I did them in order and got immense relief instantly, thanks!
So glad I found this vid. I've been suffering with cubital tunnel syndrome and have not been able to work out for months. As an arm wrestling fan I've wondered why it's not talked about more in the sport. I imagine a lot of pullers must get it. I'm going to try it out, thanks coach Ray!
Amazing video, concise and efficient and all the exercises have been explained so well! good job!
Thank You, hope they help!
One of the best videos I came across dealing with this injury in the last year. Very well detailed video I felt instant relief god bless cos nerve injuries are complicating and soul crushing at times
Thank you! You are a godsend! Stay strong:)

Just like you - I've broken my collarbone 14 years ago and started noticing ulnar nerve entrapment symptoms when I was lifting heavy, though it was tendonitis developing at first.
Knew about nerve flossing but never followed this many variations, your video is the one I've saved for my daily flossing and can confirm this works wonders!
Thank you, this has helped me so much. Such clear explanations too :)
U are very welcome
Wow! It literally helps me thanks man!
Helped so much thank you
Thank you very much. Having this problem right now and your suggestions are helping a lot :)
One more great video! Thank you!
Glad you enjoyed it!
I watch this video every day to help my CTC and it's helping. You're really likeable and good to listen to when performing these stretches. Good work man!
Thank you, hope you get it sorted out, took me a while but I`m 99,9% cured. Focus more on antagonist muscles of the ones you feel are most stressed, create balance in the arm and on the path of ulnar nerve.
This is very helpful :) Thanks Mate ;)
You are welcome!
Thank you so much! this really helps! I am in art school and really stressed about RSI, but now I feel so much better!
Glad we could help!
Thank you SO MUCH for demonstrating these exercises. They really relieve the pain and numbness in my arms. 🤗🌻
That is awesome! :) Good luck!
Wow, i didnt know this pain was from the ulnar nerve. I had a weird tight, tingly, and painful feeling across both my arms and sometime shoulders. This feels so good and fills my arms with a warm flow almost. Thank you.
You're the best. Thank you. 😭🙌🏼❤
You are welcome👍🏻
dude, this video litterally gave me instant relief
Wow, I was really having pain in my ellbow and doing this once has already helped me alot. Thank you!
Awesome, hope it helps permanently
Wow this was extremely helpful!
U are the best Coach, where did you learn all this techniques. This rehabilitation type is not only important just for armwrestling. I've fixed/helped lots of ppl using your advice who don't lift or armwrestle. 👍
I've been suffering with this for awhile and this definitely felt like significant stretching/exercises! I'm also glad you pointed out the pain beneath the collarbone because that is EXACTLY where I feel a lot of my pain over time. Any exercises that target that area?
Another informative video m8-TYVM for the help.
I can't thank you enough, these excersises helped me so much, I will be doing them for the rest of my life!
You are welcome my friend!
@@voiceofarmwrestling I have one question though if you could help me.. I get a sharp pain in the outside part of my forearm, where the ulnar is, when i do curls with a supinated grip. And this pain sometimes lasts for as long as a week, so I won't go to the gym until the pain goes away, but it comes back. And I think the cause is the cubital tunnel syndrome. Do you think these excersises will take the pain away forever or should I completely avoid curls for some period of time? Again, thanks so much!!
Awesome video, one of the best videos
Thanks!
This really provided instant relief. Thank you so much! Even the neurologist didn't give a damn enough to show these (only a few for neck).
Glad to help! 👌🏼
Instant relief you are awesome brother
I will have to say after watching this video, i felt a noticable difference in relief. Thank you so much.
You’re a legend dude you saved me a trip to the doctor

Awesome! Quick and longterm fix
I never arm wrestled in my life but I was in pain with a numb pinky for about 20 mins until I found you video. You are a lifesaver. Thank you!
You are very welcome :)
This is amazing! Sitting here at 2 in the morning finally just tired of my elbow popping for two week.. tried these exercises for 10 minutes so far and swear my arm popped back into regular place. It hasn’t been this quiet in over 2 weeks like I said!
I’ll keep doing these for the next couple weeks if needed but thank you for the much needed literally immediate relief man!
That is awesome! Good luck👊🏼👍🏻
thanks very helpful.
Numbness not quite going away but I think this is helping. Sitting at a desk all day during Corona has ruined my left arm haha.
At least something, good luck to you!
Same here - just out of interest, did it get better? Did you feel the exercises helped? Was hoping vacation away from the desk would bring relief but numb for more than two weeks now
Wondering if this is why mine is so bad
Is your left arm your dominant arm? Mine just lays next to the keyboard while I use the mouse with my right hand but for some reason my left arm nerve got bad
how's your numbness now ?
Im a lot into armwrestling and after an hard sparring i had this problem for like weeks. Just found you had a video about this (I was already subbed to you). It seems I'm not alone after all :)
WOW! I can really feel the nerve gliding.
Very informative coach
I’ve been having pain on my hand for about 1-2 months now and wanted to go to the hospital and get it checked but I didn’t think it was necessary and found you... THANKYOU!!!
Awesome, good luck!
These exercises seem to work quite well. Thanks!
Ever find relief? Or go away fully? Please let me know as well as how long months it took?
Mate, you saved me heaps from going to the GP & or physiotherapist. I ride a motorbike and the cubital syndrome was really impacting my ability to ride. This has changed everything. Improved my hand strength and my ability to arm curls as well. You are a legend.
Thank You, hope this really helps!
Thanks a lot for the video!
Do you think using the Theraband Flexbar will be helpful in rehabbing the Ulnar Nerve?
This is the best ulnar nerve stretching video I've seen.
You are very welcome
Just what i needed
Just followed along and did all of the exercises... it has already made a difference. Thanks.
Great to here. Take care!
Ever find relief? Or go away fully?
Great video. Thank you so much
You are very welcome

Glad to hear it!
Thank you so much for this, you absolutely rock! I have slight numbness on the back of my hand in the area of the pinky and ring finger. Doing the stretches temporarily returned feeling, so I know this is working. I will pursue. Thank you!!
Best Cubital Tunnel stretches I've found, instant relief when performed properly. Thank you so much for this video, HUGE help.
You are welcome!
Ever find relief? Or go away fully?
This brought nearly immediate relief, just a little residual numbness left. Thank you for sharing your knowledge🙂
Thats awesome, good luck!
Very good exercises for ulnar nerve entrapment. Thanks
Glad you like them!
The wall exercise was really awesome. Thanks!
Glad you liked it!
This was amazing help!
Thank you so much for this! Woke up and my wrist was bent weird. Thought I was having a stroke so went to the hospital (here in Rio) and learned about this nerve. Your video really helped me! I did these exercises all day and it got way better!
Awesome. Do them once a day before bed or after waking up and it should get lot better fast!
Thanks for this, it was really helpful. I did the exercises last night and they tingling in my fingers is gone! And that is great because I had had it for almost a week. But now I can actually feel some discomfort in my elbow, which I didn't have before, did I do something wrong?
Thanks for the video! These exercises felt great immediately!
Johanna, I had been going to PT for a while and one of things my therapist said was that as the pain and tingling leaves the farthest part of your extremities and moves back towards the point of the impingement, you're getting better. I'm not a doctor, but that's what I've been told. So hopefully that means you're doing the right thing and the impingement is in your elbow.
Ever find relief? Or go away fully? Please let me know as well as how long months it took?
Just now seeing these replies. I wish I could say I’m healed but I still deal with some pain daily. I had surgery a little over 2 years ago to decompress and make room for my nerve pathway . This helped with some of the pain and most of the radiated pain, but still not 100%. I can do most of what I could do before, but if I do too much lifting above a certain weight or am in an awkward position for too long in the wrong way and I’ll pay for it later.
You are just owsm man I am a medical student I have seen many videos regarding ulnar nerve entrapment but all the expert are fucking giving knowledge about anatomy and physio and telling about sergery but you man you solved my problem in just 8 min you ... Thank you bro i absolutely loved your work keep it up
Best coach, thank you!👍
thank you for the great exercises
from canada
U are welcome! Greetings from Latvia!
I have had pretty bad ulnar nerve problems from rock climbing and these exercises are perfect. Some my PT gave me to do and some are new. I'm trying all of them! Thank you!
Ever find relief? Or go away fully?
It's November and my elbow has been popping since March. Starting losing strength and the ability to straighten my arm without pressure and pain. Was about to go to my doctor for a steroid shot in elbow, but found this video. Starting these stretches and heard a loud but painless pop and pain starting to subside. Unbelievable and thanks for this. After the pirate stretch I felt super loose and great. Been doing these for almost 2 weeks and feel about 95 percent, but still taking it easy. Thanks again, this was a life saver!
How is your elbow now?, my ulnar nerve keeps popping in and out of my elbow everytime I bend it and makes a loud click noise
Perfect.. Fixed my pain of 8 months in 2 minutes!!! 👍👍👍
Wait how did you follow everything?
not
Thank you for the video!
I have pain in my elbow for many years and not sure what I should do, it dose interrupted my sleep for almost 10 years. I hope this exercise will help me.
one of those people who deserves way more than they give!
Thank You so much! ;)))
Thank you so much for this video. I can ligerally feel the pull in my fingers and elbows at the same exact time you say so.
One question tho, I have started doing these excercies a couple of times throughout the day as my left rlbow is popping alot loudly now. Can i still do pushups regularly simultaneously with the exercises? Or should i hold pff my pushups and pullups for like a week and just do these excrrcises and hope the popping goes away first. Thanks a lot
Thank you for posting this. I get CTS when trying to lay down with my tablet, or even with a book, due to rest my arm at an angle. I will give these exercises a try. Again thanks.
I was suffering pain in my elbow since a while now. Did try the exercises that was suggested in several other videos. But the pain in my elbow persisted. But the exercise that you had suggested was so effective that I could feel the difference instantaneously, which was beyond belief. Thank you so much for this video.
So great to hear. Good luck
Some of these really helped me!
Thats awesome!
You are excellent thank you
Great video, you never let us down.
I appreciate that!
thanks, i've had this tingling/pain for a few days now (maybe caused by motorcycling, working out and lots of time on the computer),
the stretches definitely feel like they do the trick, but i don't feel 100% yet, hopefully it will improve over time with exercise
thank you again, donated for the help
Great to hear! And Thank You
Nice Video!
Thanks a lot friend
Gr8 job on this mate
Awesome 👊🏼
Holy crap the okay sign on my right side I felt a huge pull on my bottom forearm feels much tighter then my left but I also had wrist surgery on that side but it feels really nice stretching it out.
Thanks coach. Been having this problem for quite some time
It`s great that I can help!
