@@voiceofarmwrestling I have one question though if you could help me.. I get a sharp pain in the outside part of my forearm, where the ulnar is, when i do curls with a supinated grip. And this pain sometimes lasts for as long as a week, so I won't go to the gym until the pain goes away, but it comes back. And I think the cause is the cubital tunnel syndrome. Do you think these excersises will take the pain away forever or should I completely avoid curls for some period of time? Again, thanks so much!!

Thanks for the video! These exercises felt great immediately!
Johanna, I had been going to PT for a while and one of things my therapist said was that as the pain and tingling leaves the farthest part of your extremities and moves back towards the point of the impingement, you're getting better. I'm not a doctor, but that's what I've been told. So hopefully that means you're doing the right thing and the impingement is in your elbow.

Just now seeing these replies. I wish I could say I’m healed but I still deal with some pain daily. I had surgery a little over 2 years ago to decompress and make room for my nerve pathway . This helped with some of the pain and most of the radiated pain, but still not 100%. I can do most of what I could do before, but if I do too much lifting above a certain weight or am in an awkward position for too long in the wrong way and I’ll pay for it later.

It's November and my elbow has been popping since March. Starting losing strength and the ability to straighten my arm without pressure and pain. Was about to go to my doctor for a steroid shot in elbow, but found this video. Starting these stretches and heard a loud but painless pop and pain starting to subside. Unbelievable and thanks for this. After the pirate stretch I felt super loose and great. Been doing these for almost 2 weeks and feel about 95 percent, but still taking it easy.
