I'm so glad you did this video! I'm 35 and started with very weak wrist joints (tendonitis very easily etc) and the past few months, I start every work out on my hands and feet, gently stretching fingers and wrists (and feet/ankles)
It's a must for anyone prone to wrist pain or strain. My rule is that my hands and wrists don't feel tight, and the popping noises have subsided, and then I'm ready to safely do a challenging workout.
    Cheers 🩵✌️

Would recommend either to anyone that doesn't have some wrist work in their warm-up routine. Pairs really well with some scap circles/scap pushups to get the rest of the upper body warmed up too

Do you still recommend these for those with very loose wrists? What do you recommend and not to do? my wrists are so loose, my hand pops up and down. So when I'm mountain biking I miss corners, cus I can't use the brakes properly. But wrist braces have solved this issue. For me wrist mobility is not an issue, but wrist misalignment is.

Hey Daniel! I've developed a (pretty large) ganglion cyst on my right wrist which is really annoying me. A local nurse told me that they go away in time if I make sure to not stress the joint but that it could take months or years. I haven't done anything new the last few months (it's been there for months), but it hurts when I extend and flex (especially extend). Do you have any experience with this and what can you recommend I do?
