The frame boxing was something that we performed three shops ago when the build originally was started and would probably approach differently with the resources available to us now. If there are specific questions you have about what was done to the chassis on this truck, please let us know and we'll do our best to help answer them here.
A stock TH400 won’t hold up. A built one might, proper converter selection may be harder to find, and you’ll also need a plan for the rear cover to adapt to the correct bolt pattern since Duramax engines are setup for an Allison from the factory. Not sure what you mean by ‘base Lexie for a conversion like this?’

Awesome !! Would the Duramax blow a 400 transmission? What’s the base Lexie for a conversion like this ?

What size wheels and tires are on your truck?
The polished set are an Indy Mag in 17x10 with a 33x12.5 tire. The white steel wheels are original GM deep dish are 16.5x10’s with 33x12.5’s as well.
