For Bias FX you need Pro version, due to lack of MIDI support in standard version. Not sure about Bias Amp, but I suppose it's the same. Just check if there's MIDI IN / MIDI Learn function - if yes, it will work.

Roland GR-55 already has build-in USB-MIDI port, so you don't need our adapter
