Just made this cheesecake with my mum and it absolutely tasted amazing. Little tip tho: make sure when you sift the lemon you have a micro sifter, mine was relevantly big so I had little pieces of lemon in my cream. It did not disturb the flavour just wasn’t nice to bite into. Still tasted amazing.
The recipe is amazing! Its in the fridge now. The only thing I changed was the topping. Its blackberry season in Argentina and I made a topping with lots of them cooked with sugar, lemon and cinnamon until it was almost a jam. Superb!

The biscuit base was perfect. The filling was also very nice although I prefer something not quite as sweet and will try sour cream next time but overall a great recipe your measurements were exact...I look forward to trying some more of your recipes :)

I adore boysenberries and will certainly be making this flavour next time I make a cheesecake. I've found, however, that I need to use a lot more gelatine than this recipe calls for for a good set.
