I started taking anabolics at the age of 14. Had no clue what I was doing or what I was taking. Just going by what other guys were telling me. Well I stayed on it And kept it up throughout my career in the military. At times taking huge amounts and still not educating myself. At 35 I finally came off and had some serious issues mentally. I talked to a really good and knowledgeable doctor who taught me so much. Long story short, I ruined my body. Hypogonadism, kidney and liver issues, thyroid issues and just all around screwed my body up. Now I am prescribed the correct amount of testosterone and do blood work every 3 months. Just please listen to these guys. It's not something to play with. Thank you for being real with people and not judging anyone.

Love the podcasts! It would be awesome if you guys could include an anabolics segment (or) 10 anabolic Q&A's as well, after all it is central to bodybuilding.

Yes! More Hadi and subtitles. Thank you!
    Also, two questions-
    1) is there somewhere to submit questions for these Q&A’s?
    2) I have a coworker that’s a bodybuilder (he has a pro card). I feel like he needs a next level push. Do Evogen athletes necessarily need to travel to Texas to train with Hany?

I spit out my coffee when I heard the mixing alcohol with preworkout question. The dude must’ve watched the recent Arnold Schwarzenegger vid of The Oak adding Schnapps to his morning protein shake🤦‍♀️

Can you guys go through a day in the life for someone looking to get in/stay in shape (not looking to get on stage) supplement wise (evogen obviously).
For example I do 30 mins of cardio in the morning. Go to work and then lift after work.

I used to struggle engaging my lats when training for 3/4 years, I just couldn’t feel them.
I started using a small amount of thc (6/7 drags) prior to a session when training back, after about 6 sessions of doing this I could feel my lats like never before. I haven’t had to use THC since pre session and feel the connection now better than ever💪🏼

I'm dealing with a lot of gas and bloatedness that Heavy Gas that just sits there doesn't go anywhere I thought it was from my egg whites but now I'm wondering if it's from the vegetables after listening to your podcast. I have trying to been eliminating things to try to see what it was I took protein powder completely out because it was killing me it helps but the problem is still there about 50% have the problem is still there and this week I took out the egg whites and replace it with 5 oz of lean meat and it's still there a little bit but not as bad. Never had a problem until I got on a bodybuilder type diet.

Can you talk about what the best split is and the volume? A lot of people say ppl is the best and a lot of people do the standard bro split with a lot more volume. Would it be best to do all your volume in one day instead of 2? For bodybuilding purposes. As a natural?

How do i ask a question that might be answered in the next episode ? I hope its through the comments ?
I have a lagging chest . And im aware that coach has cbum training legs 2x a week . If i took this approach with chest would it be wise to say do pressing exercises in one session and the fly/stretch exercises in the second session of
The week ?. i assume 72 hours between session (I’m sure i heard that claimed as the minimum appropriate recovery time between hitting the same muscle group .
On a side note , I’m 46 years old trained on and off for 24 years now . And wished i had access to the world of knowledge available now . I would dearly loved to have competed . Now I’m competing to be the best version of me at my age . There are a lot of us in our 40’s who missed our window of opportunity but still full of passion and discipline to train and eat for great results , i guess its never really over ! .

One of the main criticisms levelled against Hadi is his lack of presence in social media and in UA-cam podcasts. As a person competent in both English and Persian, I am interested in helping Hadi have more presence in social media by being his interpreter. I have also studied teaching English as a foreign language maybe I can teach our champ a little of bit of English too. If you are interested, how can I contact you?
