A good pre workout stack for the average natty lifter would be 3g micro creatine, 6g l-citrulline, 200mg caffeine, 400mg Tongkat Ali, with Tongkat Ali taken 2 hours before the workout, and the rest taken at 1 hour pre workout

The next month she was pregnant again. My daughter seems to have some epigenetic advantage. She is 12, not in puberty yet, and has a lot of muscle and athletic ability although she eats like an asshole. You don’t see many gear guys having boys, which sucks
