Only the first, basic gear will work. The second, as alex has pointed out is only a rough approximation, the third simply won't work. you can even see the models overlapping slightly where they're going to jam.
the second "involute" gear you made was not actually an involute gear, if you were to look at the radius half way up the gear, it will be smaller due to the straight lines being drawn between the top face and the bottom face, instead of the spiral real involute gears follow. What you have made is an approximation
