I’m a Car enthusiast in the making and this was really helpful 🙏🏾
Glad to hear that!
Best explanation I have found, every. Thanks!
thanks!
Brilliant video. Very well structured, which means it's easy to understand.
thank you very much for the feedback!
Quick and simple but not to simple. Keep up the good work
yup, exactly the point of these videos. thanks a lot, appreciate it!
Thanks man, that was a really nice straightforward explanation.
Older Video, but still very helpful and well done, exactly what I needed
you're on crack if you think this is outdated
Explained so easy!!
Thanks bro I’m trying to mod my 2010 Subaru Forester I’m currently making a checklist so thanks for being a part of this journey for me
of course man, no problem! glad this video helped a lot, looking forward to seeing how the forester turns out, best of luck and have fun :)
I am quite positive that you can simply bolt on the catback exhaust from a 2011 Wrx sedan, and it sounds awesome without being too loud. Cheap, and looks cool too with quad tips! You can search youtube for a lot of sound tests
yup, commonly the wrx midpipe is used, sounds awesome but isn't over the top
Great video. Need more💯👍🏽
Thanks! Glad you enjoyed it. Will definitely be uploading a lot more once i come back from my vacation 👍
huge help thank you so much. almost bought a axle back before this video. thought it was a dual exhaust, really saved my pocket i changed my mind to cat back cause i already bought headers with a cat on it. keeping it N/A though
glad I could help with that! what car are you putting it on?
@@JCMediaYT 2.4 kia forte koup sx 2011 model...they don't have many options for the 2.4 but they say it fits all models from 2010-2013
Thank you for making this video as it’s inform and pretty easy for somebody new to understand and digest. With that said, I wish there was no music in the background.
many thanks for the feedback! I've made the music a lot quieter and used instrumentals in my newer videos so its not as distracting lol
Thank you simple and informative thank you
Glad it was helpful!
Great background music. Love moe shop. Video is great too
many thanks!
Great job 👏
Thank you!
Amazing video!!
Glad you liked it!
super helpful as i had zero understanding before the video and now feel like i could have a conversation about it lol
glad the video was helpful for you!
Thank you!!
no problem!
Phenomenal video
thanks!
Hey bro I just got a A5 what should I do first delete my resonator ? That’s the cheapest way to go first and then get some axle backs right
yup correct, the CHEAPEST would be to cut out the resonator and weld in a pipe but that would mean you can't go back to stock. If you do plan on returning it to stock then I'd recommend an axleback, or a catback with a resonator delete instead
can you please explain the turbo back to me? does it run separate to the exhaust from the headers or
So firstly, a turboback can only be installed on a turbocharged car. A turboback would change the entire exhaust system after the turbo. Basically:
Engine > Manifold > Turbo > Turboback
What could happen if..
I am about to install 2x flowmasters rear mufflers 40’s on my jaguar v8.
I have already a magnaflow 14” instead of the 2x mid OEM resonators (torque is amazing but no sound other than a very deep rumble almost like a subwoofer bass note because I’ve kept the rear OEM mufflers)
now I’ll keep the magnaflow in the middle and cut off the OEM rear mufflers for the 2x flowmasters 40’s and see how it goes.
What can go wrong?
Have any of you had tried this?
What would the mid muffler be then a lot of people say they get a mid muffler and rear muffler delete? R they talking about their resonator?
how many decibels would a turbo back system vs a cat back system make for a wrx sti 2017 model? (invidia r400)
im not sure, it would depend what turboback system you use but it would definitely be louder. going catted should make the increase in sound not as extreme, going through videos online would be a good idea
This vid perfect
thank you! glad you liked it.
For a camaro 1lt 2022 4i what would produce the loudest results? I’m thinking of getting a straight pipe but I’m not sure.
a straightpipe will definitely be the loudest but I'd recommend doing the exhaust piece by piece, maybe starting with headers and a muffler delete. If you go straightpipe immediately you might feel it is way too loud.
🔥
Is a full system exhaust and header back exhaust system the same
A lot of it is sometimes just marketing buzzwords but I guess a full system would be everything from the header to the muffler, whereas a header back would be everything after the header (but not including it).
thanks for the vid i have no idea why people put taste specific or any song over their own audio....its like a teaching playing pop music in class
Can't understand what you are saying because there are more than one voice speaking. Remove your background music or change it to something without lyrics bro.
yup, something stupid I did with the earlier videos. Started using instrumentals in a lot of the newer vids. Thanks for the feedback anyways!
@@JCMediaYT But the information/content is top-notch nonetheless. Cheers!
What could I do to make it loud and yet performance on a nissan altima 2005
I recommend you get a catback exhaust, either from a reputable brand like borla, magna flow or Megan Racing OR you can go to a shop and make a custom exhaust.
Hey what’s up, What do u recommend for a g37 sedan?
hey there! it does depend on your budget, but I would first go for a catback exhaust. If you're on a tighter budget, I would recommend going for an axleback exhaust first. Hope this helps!
@@JCMediaYT so with a catback exhaust it should make my car sound nice right ? I only have long tube intakes, my car isn’t tunned yet. But I do want a nice exhaust sound. I don’t really like these straight pipe sound. That’s why I been looking forward to get an exhaust setup.
@@_melvindeleon8351 yup, catback should be the way to go. since you don't really like the straightpipe sound, make sure it still has mufflers and resonators, a few brands like ARK, Motordyne, Magnaflow, Tomei are good choices
I changed my flex pipe and now I have like loud deep sound on low rpms (not in neutral). Anyone knows something?
The flex pipe might be leaking air. It isn't properly sealed
For 3.l v6 engine what size exhaust would you recommend?
What car is it? Is it NA or turbocharged?
@@JCMediaYT its na Mitsubishi outlander 2007
🎉🎉
Which modified exhaust system will give me the loudest results on a 2013 Honda Accord coupe V6?
the loudest would be getting headers, deleting the catalytic converters and getting a straightpipe but that might not be legal in your country
id recommend just getting a catback exhaust instead
@@JCMediaYT thank you!
Bruh it’s a grocery getter Accord
Could I get like some subtitles or something or like a transliteration
Great content however the music overpowered your voice
What would you recommend for a 2000 Integra??
depending on budget of course but I would go for a catback for the most power gains. Some brands like HKS, Yonaka, Skunk2, Magnaflow, etc are good choices
@@JCMediaYT thanks bro appreciate it I’m kinda just starting getting into cars and this helped me so much 😎👍
@@B1G1998 no problem man, glad I could help out, feel free to reach out to my instagram @blu.grf if you ever need help.
@@JCMediaYT Okay bro anything recommendations on a Ecu I was thinking about getting an Hondata or should I go for something else I have an obd2 if that’ll help any. I’m trying to get the right stuff before I try and install them 😂😂
@@B1G1998 not too well versed with Hondas but I do believe Hondata and Ktuners are the most common choice people go for
What exhaust do u recommend for Infiniti q40 2015 for it to push more horsepower
for horsepower, i would recommend getting a catback (any brand should do just fine). to squeeze out a bit more power you can go for some cold air intakes (make sure it has an airbox to prevent heat soak) and a tune.
Which exhaust system will give me loud sound result on my 06 Acura TL in Illinois?
a straightpipe will make it the loudest but a catback will be quite loud too
Good explanation but difficult to hear over your background music.
noted! some of the recent videos have much quieter background music
Music is too loud.
Would have been better if you didn’t add the music.
noted, thanks for the feedback
@@JCMediaYT from an experienced video editor, music is essential, just try to get the right volume and maybe something less lyrical and mainstream, and more something that adds atmosphere and background to the mood of the video, hope this helps, good luck with the rest of your youtube career, loved the video btw very informative helped alot
@@ewangoodman6860 mhmm, started realizing adding songs with lyrics when you're doing a voiceover isn't really a good idea
@@JCMediaYT yeah mate just watched your awd vs 4wd video and i can say that its miles better, youre channel has lots of potential
@@ewangoodman6860 thanks a lot man, really appreciate it! I am moving more towards IRL content too with reviews and what not
background music is too noisy!
i hope the music background is removed....
thank you for the comment, I've kept this in mind a lot better with the more recent videos.
Why would anyone put music in an explanation video? Its so distracting that we re not able to understand a word
which is why I now use instrumentals instead and make sure the volume isn't too high. without music it sounds kinda boring
I cant hear anything over the crappy music in the background, why!!??
Yup sorry about that, younger me was horrible at mixing and choosing songs lol
Can’t hear shit over the music but great video
goosiest?
Why would u ruin such a good vid with horrible music in the background. Had to turn it off. Sort ur head out
lmao "sort ur head out"
yes I admit the volume was still too loud on this one but telling someone to 'sort their head out' simply because of having different music tastes is a bit extreme...
