Good to see some content being put out on this machine. I have only used mine for tig and a bit of stick welding. Inverter stick is definitely something to get used to, as I started welding with a transformer machine. But Inverter tig is superior in every way to the transformer type imo. Only issues so far is the operator, not the machine

I have had a everlast 250 ex for a little over 2 years. I was really surprised when I got it how well it welded. The only problems I had was the gas hose end blow off when I turn on the gas for the first time. Now I thinking about the 275 because of the mig. Overall I would give the everlast a 4.5 stars out of 5.

The 275 is a beast but I wonder if Everlast has considered another MTS machine adding pulse/double pulse mig and a dual shield flux core menu to it making say the Lightning 300MTS-P ? Think a feature packed box like that would be a top seller.

Is there any difference in the Argon Regulator /flow meter as opposed to the CO2 regulator/ flow meter? I bought the 325 EXT and was sent the CO2 regulator with the purchase kit. Also, the 325 EXT gas inlet is directly in the middle of the unit right where the bottle is, does Everlast sell a 90 degree fitting to account for this?

Hello. I am looking at purchasing a mts welder, but I can't find a informative comparison between the mts 225 and the 275.
Obviously duty cycle and higher amp settings, but is that it? Also I believe I read somewhere that the 225 does not have sine wave in ac tig.
Any information or redirect to a helpful site is greatly appreciated!

Not good, overheats after any kind of extended use. See videos describing DIY water coolers, with pros and cons of same.
