It's so sad when you know people that were murdered. Hard to wrap your head around! My good friend John, was murdered in Sacramento in 1995...literally mind blowing!! The killer walks free to this day. 😢🤯
It honestly boggles my mind every single time I hear about love triangles that turn deadly. Like, ok you’re so pissed at the other guy/girl your s.o is dating (whether it’s infidelity or not) so you you decide to KILL THEM!? What is your game plan afterwards? Live happily ever after with your s.o? As if your s.o is just going to brush off a recently murdered love interest! These people always take it out on the wrong person too. Not that they should have murdered their s.o but why are they always so much more angry at the side chick/dude? These people are usually completely oblivious about ex-bf/gf drama. It just seems so ridiculous to me.
Sometimes people are so obsessed with their SOs that they think killing their rival will make it all stop. Add insecurity and some craziness and there you have it.
@@Crew4Dimension I wouldn't even consider this a love triangle they where on a break, he basically dumped Mo to go back to his crazy ex. And the crazy ex found put there where still talking and decided to kill her rival.
Colin Strickland was a chronic liar to her. He was still seeing Mo while back with her. He then lied to her about who he was hanging out with and what he was doing. Colin gas lighted her. I’m not saying she wasn’t wrong for what she did, I’m saying Colin played her into a jealous rage. It would have been nice if Colins behavior was in this video. Bravo Mike for hitting a super new relevant case that the news has not covered enough. Every week you amaze me. That Chapter is one of the best channels on YT regardless of genre. Thank you.
Since when has murdering ones love rival ever actually worked out for the murderer? The murderer gets caught, goes to prison, then what? The love interest all of a sudden decides that the murderer is the ONE for them and they live out their lives happily married to each other while one is doing life in prison? 🤣 I don't think she murdered because of the perceived love triangle. I think she murdered because she knew she would never be as good of a person, and her ego couldn't stand up to that fact.
Self justifications seem to make some murderers so deluded they think they won't get caught. Some murders are never solved, thousands and thousands of unsolved murders in North America and Europe. I wonder how many of them were commited by jealous women? Prolly some were. Worrisome isn't it? With so many many Love Triangles the possibility of deaths is, or should be at least, a detriment to infedelity.

The ego on that lady must truly be something to behold. So "obsessed" she murdered a love rival? Unlikely with how quick she ran without a backwards glance. Looks more like she couldn't stand the thought of her property becoming someone else's. She killed that young woman in cold blood, then thought she could just remake her life in 2022? She overestimated herself. I won't lie, I was ecstatic to hear she was caught. No one should be able to walk away scot free from taking a life, especially so pointlessly. I know I've asked you about this a couple of times already, but it really would be great for you to do a video on the cold case of Kelly Nolan, out of Madison/Waunakee Wisconsin. She was abducted in the night, raped, murdered, and dumped in the woods, and to this very day law enforcement has zero leads. She died in 2007.
Mike usually covers cases where someone has been arrested, and usually convicted. There are chanels on YT that cover unsolves, missing persons, Jane/John Does, etc. I suggest trying ; LordanARTS, Danelle Hallan, or ones that cover open cases.
He tells us how to bring cases to his attention and it's not here in the comments. If you actually want him to do it you'll notify him the way he wants.
The boyfriend is a dodgy dude. Criminal past for domestic violence incidents, playing 2 females off eachother, buying her the guns 2weeks before the murder. He seemed like a real catch.
Honestly, both Kaitlin and him are toxic, selfish, violent narcissists. Unfortunately, as we see often, it’s often an innocent 3rd party that ends up being hurt or in this case killed. In a perfect world, they should’ve just destroyed one another.

Because it wasn’t as temporary as people thought. Which was said in this episode and on other things I’ve seen covering this case. He indeed should feel responsible. His lies and sneaky ways created this.
It all seems rather pointless. Jealous girlfriend kills love rival and then goes on the run. Her actions only resulted in her losing her relationship with her so called boyfriend. The moment she pulled that trigger and stole a life was the same moment she lost her own life due to giving up any future normalcy. All she has left is to spend her best years in prison. Was it all worth it for a brief moment of revenge? Act in anger, repent at leisure.

First of all, if someone tells me that we are “on break” and I go out with someone else, that isn’t cheating. Second, how about you don’t kill anyone at all?
Not saying this is any excuse, but I thought I read somewhere that Kaitlin had talked to Moriah on the phone telling her that Colin wasn't single and that she was his girlfriend and to stay away. I think some of her friends had told her also to stay away because it was so obviously a bad situation waiting to happen with how Kaitlin had warned her. So Moriah and Colin especially, as her boyfriend, were both being disrespectful to Kaitlin at this point, by continuing to secretly meet up and talk. This would make any normal person hurt and angry. Unfortunately, Kaitlin was an unhinged person who took that anger too far.
Never could understand why someone would get mad at the person their partner cheats with, and not get more angry at the actual cheater. No relationship is worth committing a crime, especially a murder; if the person cheats on you, dump them and leave them in the dust. Only person that owes you anything is yourself so making yourself happy and into your best self is the ultimate revenge.
Never try to rationalize someone who is obviously irrational asf. Everything you said is spot on, but a mentally unstable person might not be able to wrap their head around that idea in the moment.
Imagine leading a 'clean" life as this and still get gunned down ....over something so STUPID ...!!! And an aside .... I bet Kaitlin's old acquaintances have a whole lot to say about her.
Watching a That Chapter video feels like I'm chilling with Mike and a great community of friends on my birthday. Here's to another great video from Mike and to Chapter 47 for me! 😊

Forever perplexed how she has the capital to buy investment properties in Austin but not botox 🥴 hope no one’s willing to gamble on the literal definition of a flight risk.
I deal with millionaires often in retail. Many of them steal for fun/entitlement (this is what I suspect with the Botox) and many of them have their assets spread too thin and are living well beyond their means.
Mike, I have been following this story since it first broke back in May. Thanks for doing a better job covering it than all of the other articles combined. Apparently Colin has lost most, if not all of his corporate sponsors. There's an awful lot that guy isn't saying.
idk Sponsors are VERY fast to break loose if there is just a slight chance of getting bad publicity. Best and most huge case is kind of the Depp / Heart case. A woman shouts "he did bad things to me" and Disney drops their golden hen they had for ages - without any real reason than her accusations. Now they want him back and he laughs in millions on the bank.
It's crazy how much time, thought, and effort folks put into feeding their jealousy by stalking but make every mistake in the world with the murdering and fleeing bit. Especially with not knowing extradition treaties and practices. I'm currently in Austin & wasn't aware of Armstrong until they just now caught her. It's also astonishing that she's *still* granted bail after fleeing the country, and not remanded in to custody until trial like the rest of us would've been. Thanks for this video. I really hope justice prevails in this case.
Do one on Sue Neill Fraser and the murder of her partner Bob Chappell, it's twisty twisty, and split the community down here in Tasmania Australia. I believe she did it. And the law says she did. I met a lovely man at my work when I was about twenty. I was the first person he had asked out in two years because of a very disturbed ex. He waited two years, changing his address and workplace. He thought he was safe. Fortunately, he told me about her, so I knew who it was when I received a call at work threatening my life. She had been stalking both of us.
Bc they weren’t “chosen” and some people can’t handle that kind of blow to the ego. It hurts too much to know that your person wants another person
Love triangles never end well
Sometimes people are so obsessed with their SOs that they think killing their rival will make it all stop. Add insecurity and some craziness and there you have it.

I don't think she murdered because of the perceived love triangle. I think she murdered because she knew she would never be as good of a person, and her ego couldn't stand up to that fact.
Self justifications seem to make some murderers so deluded they think they won't get caught. Some murders are never solved, thousands and thousands of unsolved murders in North America and Europe.

Love you Mike, no pressure on getting caught up, we just enjoy your company.
Never could understand why someone would get mad at the person their partner cheats with, and not get more angry at the actual cheater. No relationship is worth committing a crime, especially a murder; if the person cheats on you, dump them and leave them in the dust. He did Bruce McArthur about seven months ago. In the search bar just type in that chapter bruce mcarthur and it should pop up
@@dorothytenute2710 I was thinking the same thing I don't have a specific memory of the video but I was pretty sure that this video had been done over and over so there's no way he hadn't
Dang. I didn’t catch the “Stone Cold” relation. 🤪 thanks for pointing it out. 😎
Mike is the best u Tuber ever.He is organized in telling the stories and has a very special sense of humor .I am watching his videos since ages 😊never get fed up
My deepest condolences to Moriah Wilson's family and friends. Definitely the world suffered a loss. She was a beautiful Soul. 🙏🏻💔🕊️
I've been seeing articles about this case for awhile now, but was too lazy to read any of them.
Thanks for covering it and getting me in the loop!

I ain’t going anywhere
That’s another of the many reasons we love ya
Good Morning America had a story about her this morning July 8th in the US. You beat them to the story. Great job
Thanks - That Chapter is great to watch - mainly because of Mike with his respectful - down to earth and cheeky sense of humour
Just heard about this story on a news channel today. Eager to hear the details. Thanks again, Mike!
Refreshing for an hour, now it's time to dig in and watch another episode from my favorite storyteller. :) Love ya Mike!
This channel is certainly habit forming! My sister recommended last year and now I'm hooked!😎
