I had a bad reaction to a spider bite many years ago and my doctor told me to use with hazel on it to help it to heal faster and it worked so well! I love witch hazel!
I have been using witch hazel for 60 years. And it was an old fashioned product even then! It is clean, refreshing, and just works so well on the skin. Gets rid of all debris and gives you a clean slate. Also what I buy for a big bottle is very inexpensive, and then I just use a cotton ball with it.

@@tamiwingrove5604 Do you mean reuse them? YES! Absolutely! After using it in the shower, I rinse it really well, squeeze the excess water out, and hang them up to dry!🤩 They dry really fast too! Hope this helps!

Hey Shea. I have worn ankle weights for years. I used to wear them around the mall. Also I just bought a 6 lb weighted vest to start with. That is because I am 64 with neuropathy. I am so excited to get started. I am working on increasing my muscles.
Just wondering… castor oil is advised to use on organic cotton and not on synthetic material. So doesn’t seem to make sense to use on the silicone sock… 🤷🏻♀️
Hey Shea love your content! Just wondering did you try both sents of pheromone perfume or just the fruity one? I remember in one of your other videos you said vanilla was the most sexy with that one study…so now I feel torn for which one to get.
A push up bra works just as well as the sticky bra inserts. The insets are mainly good for tops that make it hard to wear a bra.
I love lumify, use it daily. It’s expensive but I get mine from CVS with coupons and discounts!

My doctor recommended wrist weights for building bone strength in my arms. I do a lot of walking which is good for my legs but adding the arm weights turns it into a full body workout.

Eyedrops; check the expiry once opened. Most of those kinds of drops are meant to be disposed of after 30 days. Please do not use after they have expired. You will regret it. Speaking from experience!

The razor looks great-but we don’t need a razor “for women”..a razor is a razor. They make it pink and suddenly it’s $10 more (pink tax) and just not necessary! Shop in the mens products aisle for bargains. Compare the price-it’s sad and aggravating.

The witch hazel brand you recommend contains alcohol, which dries out your skin. Not good. Best to use a brand that contains ONLY witch hazel.
Vest is better than ankle weights for walking. Not good for your joints.
If only you showed us ecologically-friendly things! I love your beautiful and bubbly personality but it's sad that you are constantly encouraging people to buy more and more stuff that will quickly end up in more landfills all over the world. You have children and love them so much, is this the planet you want for them? For thousands of years, women have found ways to beautiful and sexy without all this vain stuff, which we don't really need. Your best videos have been the ones with recommendations that were somewhat natural, healthier and ecologically-friendly!

Maybe it’s just me, but the background sound in your videos really bothers my ears. Is it music in the background? On my end it sounds like this constant thumping, like a strong bass sound. I frequently pause the video, thinking there’s a car outside my house with their bass turned up loud , and the thumping stops as soon as a pause.
