I've seen a lot more players with golden pans than golden wrenches.
because you can get a golden frying pan now, although with a small chance. But the golden wrench can no longer be obtained

I've to this day never seen a Golden wrench or a Memory maker in casual.
Seen like 3 or 4 memory makers but not one wrench
I saw one WAY back in 2014 but that was the last time I ever saw one. Keep in mind there's only 79 in existence nowadays, and most of those people who have them wouldn't play TF2 anymore today.

@@GlitchyTTG Wrong. His name would be on the TF2 Wiki if not the actual Golden Wrench owner page if it was actually his. Like i said back in the days many many years ago now you could simply gift wrap untradable items which is what the actual owner did.
I started playing TF2 back in 2009 and I've yet to come across someone using a Golden Wrench in game
There are less than 100 of those in the entire game.

I still remember trying my ass off to get the golden wrench back in the engineer update. I've never seen a golden wrench in the game since 2014. They're so rare nowadays with how inflated TF2's playerbase is, and how new a lot of them are.

Hahah, I played TF2 from 2010 to 2012 then returned in 2017 for a brief period and accumulated over 2500 hours but never seen a Golden Wrench. I still watch TF2 videos though 😂.
I met 4 or 5 unique golden wrench owners in my 12 years of playing, this goes to show just how small the chance is to encounter one

No way! I was in the Badwater game and was 90% sure it was Delfy, but I wasn’t sure. He killed a sniper with something like almost 40 killstreak with the wrench

I still hope someday to get a golden frying pan. Despite it being rare as hell, people constantly asking for trading it, and mostly because that's a rare item that I have a chance to get. Over this of course.
