thank you. Yes, it was made in 1968. I think the audio equipment we use at home doesn't take as much abuse as musical instruments. Yes, it's being remodeled. SP is Marshall's regular 1960 through THD.
This is an Aiwa product, and I found a few in the US. They seem to have been exported. I'd never seen them before, but in the last 10 years or so they've started appearing in Japan. I think they're pretty hard to get hold of, though. They were only sold for one year, from 1968 to 1969. I've only seen about 15 of them worldwide in the last 20 years.
