To make the dough:
1/2 Cup + 2 Tbsp All purpose flour (Maida)
1/2 Tsp Sugar
1/4 Tsp Baking powder
1/4 Tsp Baking soda (khane wala soda)
1 Tsp Melted ghee
3 Tbsp Curd/Yogurt/Dahi
Water 1 Tbsp
Salt to taste
To make Pizza Sauce:
1/2 Inch Ginger
4-5 Small cloves of garlic
1 Small Onion
1 Small Tomato
1/2 Cup Water
2-3 Tsp Oil
1 Tsp Red chilli powder
1/4 Tsp Oregano
1 Tsp Sugar
Salt to taste
For Topping:
This is up to availability of veggies with you. I am using following:
Some sweetcorn
Some onion
Some capsicum
Some tomato
Some chilli flakes
Some oregano

I tried this recipe and it came out really nice! It tasted sooo good! Just like domino's. I have modified some things like i have added pinch of sugar ni white sauce and my pizza base was not coming out crispy from the bottom so i transferred it in dosa making pan and cooked it for 3 minutes on high flame and it was perfect!!! We can get oregano in Domino's .they give us to sprinkle on it .so, whenever we go to Domino's we need to save them in our pockets😆😆 I did the same

Hey, we tried this recipe at home today. One huge suggestion for everyone who's going to try this with or without oven please bake the crust by itself first. When you do that individually only then it will cook the maida. Otherwise it won't even taste like crust. Other than that the topping tasted same like Domino's pizza and we loved it. @@sonakhan3821 take 2tbsp of milk & add 2green chillies to it & keep it overnight, next day u can use this as khataa for dahi. That is add this to warm milk & in 3-4hrs ur curd will be ready.

Yesss this does taste awesome, I was running out of cheese and during initial days of lockdown I tried this same recipe on my own without any assistance from internet and it turned out a amazing. Hands down this has to be the best recipe of pizza without cheese. One more tip I will suggest is that when you are making the white sauce, add two cloves of garlic, sauté in butter for a while and remove it, it adds wonders to the taste. Enjoy ❤️

Honest review : Looked liked pizza but tasted not at all like pizza. I followed the same exact recipe. Pizza was sweet. Couldn't eat more than one bite. The bread was not like pizza. Better call it maide ki moti roti. The so called cheese was not good.
Lesson learned : When you don't have ingredients for making pizza, don't make it.
