For Pizza Topping/Sauce:
* Oil (तेल) - 1 spoon
* Garlic (लहसुन)
* Onion (प्याज)
* Tomato Ketchup (टमाटर केचप) - 1/2 cup
* Chili Sauce (चिली सॉस)
* Salt (नमक)
* Black Pepper Powder (काली मिर्च पाउडर)
* Chili Flakes (चिल्ली फलैक्स)
* Coriander Leaves (हरा धनिया)
For Batter:
* Gram Flour (बेसन) - 1 cup
* All-Purpose Flour (मैदा) - 6 tbsp/ 1/3 cup
* Onion (प्याज) - 1
* Green Chilli (हरी मिर्च)
* Coriander Leaves (हरा धनिया)
* Salt (नमक) - as per taste
* Chilli Flakes (चिल्ली फलैक्स)
* Water (पानी)
* Baking Powder (बेकिंग पाउडर) - 1 tsp
For White Sauce:
* Butter (मक्खन) - 1 tbsp
* All-Purpose Flour (मैदा) - 1 tsp
* Milk (दूध) - 1/2 cup
* Black Pepper Powder (काली मिर्च पाउडर)
* Salt (नमक)
For Pizza:
* Oil (तेल)
* Batter (घोल)
* Bread Slices (ब्रेड) - 4
* Pizza Sauce/Topping (पिज़्ज़ा सॉस)
* Cheese/White Sauce (चीज़/वाइट सॉस)
* Capsicum (शिमला मिर्च) - 1
* Tomato (टमाटर) - 1
* Onion (प्याज) - 1
* Corn (कॉर्न)
* Chilli Flakes (चिल्ली फलैक्स)
* Oregano (ओरिगैनो)
* Butter (मक्खन)
RECIPE:
For Pizza Sauce, In a pan, put Oil, Garlic & Onion & saute it then put Tomato Ketchup, Chilli Sauce, Salt, Black Pepper Powder, Chilli Flakes & Coriander Leaves
For Batter, In a bowl, put Gram Flour, All-Purpose Flour, Onion, Green Chilli, Coriander Leaves, Salt & Chilli Flakes then add Water & mix the batter. Put Baking Powder, cover it & keep it aside.
Take Bread slices & join them & give round shape with the help of a plate.
For White Sauce, In a pan, put Butter, All-Purpose Flour roast it lightly then put Milk & stir it continuously on a slow flame. Then put Black Pepper Powder, Salt & cook it then keep it aside.
On Tawa, put Oil & Batter then cook it on a medium flame for 1-2 min.
Put Bread Slice on it, cook it on medium flame then spread Pizza Sauce, Cheese/White Sauce, Capsicum rings, Tomato slices, Onion long chopped, Corns, Chilli Flakes, Oregano & Butter then cover it & cook it on tawa.
