Wise words and gems, here! Thank you for the discussion and sage advice.
Appreciate that, we work hard to produce week in and out while flying the line ourselves!
Are you throwing up hand and arm signals at 24:55 Nik?😂
I love the fact you continue to have guest that prove this industry (or many people in it) do not gate keep information and are happy to give out information if asked.
100% seek and you will find!
@@R4PProducer I have no clue what was going on. Great catch!
22:43 “Pilots love to help pilots…..BUT you have to ask for help!”

@@Ava44322 thanks!
It helps if you are the "right" color.
What’s up Rodger! I wanted to comment and just let you know I’ve known Beckles for ten years now, and I’m still looking for someone who works harder than he does. I’m a white dude and have had tons of awesome conversations with him about race and everything else under the sun. None of us can change where we were born or how much melanin we have, but we can control effort and André really does give 100% all the time. He’s a smart guy and he’ll be the first to tell you that there are great programs for all kinds of people but you still have to do the work, and more importantly, earn the respect of your colleagues once you have a seat at the table. He’s done all that and more.
I’m sure you’re a fine gentleman, or at least I’d like to think so, but I’d be wary of assuming this man is successful just because he’s black, because that certainly is not the case. It’s because he’s a stellar human being.
Have a great one and God Bless 😎
@@masondepeal7269thank you for your comment. It’s disheartening to see people try to minimize someone’s hard work.
