This is exactly why UA-cam is THE BEST thing that ever happened to the internet. The whole world just got an opportunity to hop on a stranger’s private jet and chat with him for 45 minutes about life. Crazy. Keep up the great work you’re doing Noah!
Or you can doom-scroll UA-cam shorts, or watch gaming videos, or watch travel vlogs, or lectures, or discussions, or news, or visit events, listen to books, yeah defo one of the better internet things to happen if you use it correctly, tho :))
I'm even more impressed with Noah staying quiet, to let him ponder his answer, and not just fill the space with his own dialog. Noah's a pretty good listener/interviewer.
This guy clearly states the value of his time, and how busy he is, yet he gives it away to a complete stranger. I have to respect this man and his authentic generosity. So many takeaways, too. Thank you, James.
I understand perfectly well why billionaires need business jets, but as an aviator, it pains me to look at such a huge amount of empty space in his jet. You don't need such a distance between the seats, nor such a high ceiling. An airplane doesn't have to try to be the size of a home movie theater. These non-essential things add a tremendous amount to the cost of the jet and the cost of its operation. Not to mention the fuel burn - because of transporting so much empty space, the pollution from this jet is MUCH greater than it could be. Comfort in a private jet should be no more than comfort in a good car. Anything more is absolute economic inefficiency, ignorance, and selfishness.
@AndR0tate It had to be, you have to be cleared before going on a private jet. If he was in that big of a hurry that would have never worked out the way it was portrayed.
It wasn't easy what he had to do to meet him and get on that jet. He took a risk went out and stood in the street.. got rejected and laughed at. Then this dude took him in. You gotta respect the hustle. These are the kinds of leaders who make others better. I'm thankful for this video and that he donated some of his time. Now millions of us get to watch and learn from this. Incredible.
I love this interview, one of the best interviews I've seen I reckon. This guy is so 🔥 humble, authentic, smart and self less. To take people on his private jet is so beautiful. He gives me hope that I can do it too..Thank you uncle Noah tutu 🥰😀😀
How’s that? I thought it was a little awkward lol but that’s just my opinion as I personally try to avoid awkward silence while having conversations with ppl
There was a scene in the movie Boiler Room where they're trying to sell a stock to someone and his supervisor was motioning to him to stay silent and let the guy he was pitching the stock to say the next thing. Silence can be a powerful tool when 2 people are talking. Sooner or later someone's gotta break that silence and it's usually the guy you want information (or money) from to be the one to speak next. Great interview and interview style.
@@j1koffroad658 feeling a need to fill silence in conversation is an indicator of anxiousness and can put who you're talking to in a mindset to shorten their responses because they may feel like you're not going to give them a chance to think through their response. may be worth thinking about
Noah’s ability to stay silent and provide the space to let his thoughts and story proceed is stunning! It really levels up the conversation. Wanted to comment this and happy to see your comment first 😜
Love this. He worked at Subway, he worked at Excel Energy, he's worked regular jobs. Yet he aspired. He never quit. And he crushed it!! Come on people, let's RISE!!!! No limits!
This has got to be the best interview on UA-cam! No planning, no prep, all authentic life experience and perspective without pretence. Awesome, Noah! Do it again.
What the hellll dude, this billionaire guy just said electric cars won't last long term.... Bruhhhhhh eyes rolling back into my damn head with how stupid that is to say
Another note this guy is against zoom but not against creating massive amount of carbon to just go talk to someone... is it really worth it lol he is not humble, he doesn't even seem that smart but it does seem like he is hard working and focused so thats really what it takes.
Good to hear a rich guy who didnt come from wealth, and is grounded to wanting better of his country. There wasnt the arrogance or mentality if bragging about his wealth and power. Seemed more of a regular person, not like many billionaires who think they have a tight to control what we inject into our body, determine what we eat and censor our information like that worm who used to run Mic,ro,soft.
This guy is the ultimate unassuming cool guy. He’s a billionaire that talks to you like an equal. Love that he explains that we eat the same stuff, have the same problems, he just has more resources to try to fix his problems, but overall we’re all the same. This is the guy that you can play weekly poker with smoke cigars and just hanging out like a normal human. Bravo to you on getting on the plane. This interview has got to be life changing for you. Good luck man
He realizez money dont make him above anyone else. He even said many billionaires live like shit, eat like shit etc so he knows someone with paid house and enough money to live and good social life can have much more meaningful life than some ppl with lots of zeros in bank
The vast majority of rich people are totally normal nice people. Social media 'rich' is fake and always has been, just a bunch of kids imitating how they think rich people act
"Physical health is mental health" So true! I watch some strongmen, one of them retired, that say working out helped their depression. Or fitness influencers that ask people at gyms why they come to the gym. You will be surprised how many people said they did it to get fit, but found that it also helped their depression. Some even said their depression was cured by going to the gym, using their bodies. Physical health is SO important.
Love how Noah doesn't talk when he's answering. There's quite a bit of awkward silence, but you can tell Noah anticipates this and it pushes James to dig deeper into his answers. Too many interviewers talk more than they should which keeps a lot of golden nuggets from interviewees hidden.
Yes! So many interviewers on tv talk over (think Bill Hemmer) their guests, suppose they think they’re viewpoint is more important. If you manage to book a quality guest, shut up and listen. Noah instinctively seems to know this.
One of the best videos on UA-cam in a very long time. This interview and the risk of begging to catch a ride literally has me thinking. If you didn’t stand out there with a sign almost embarrassing yourself we wouldn’t have met James, and I’m sure his convo is touching many others right now. Thanks to both of you
Noah's great attitude is taking him places. He's a Brain / Kidney in Genetic Personality Type Theory, the same as Elon Musk or JFK. I'm a fan of his interviewing style, very humble curious and inquisitive.
Too much talking about having a private jet, I could care less about private jets, there’s nothing special about them, same with cars, there’s too many people on UA-cam now trying to sell their “course” so you can have a private jet, it’s that same get rich come to my seminar garbage that’s existed for many years, entice with nice cars and jet, sell course
@@jimbean6500 in the beginning of this video I swear the guy was driving a 3 series. He explained his jet being a tool not a prize. So what your saying is true, but once you realize money is tool and not just money. Things do change and you end up with a garage full of tools if that makes an sense
Creating wealth entails establishing positive routines. At 42, I had only $28k to my name when I first woke up to this reality. I chose the stock market as a medium for growth and got an excellent financial advisor. Financial management is a vital subject that many avoid, often leading to future regrets. It feels great to finally become financially free.
A lot of folks downplay the role of advlsors until being burnt by their own emotions. I remember couple summers back, after my lengthy divorce, I needed a good boost to help my business stay afloat, hence I researched for licensed advisors and came across someone of utmost qualifications. She's helped grow my reserve notwithstanding inflation, from $275k to $850k.
this is definitely considerable! think you could suggest any professional/advisors i can get on the phone with? i'm in dire need of proper portfolio allocation
My CFA, Judith Lynn Staufer, is a renowned figure in her field. I recommend researching her name online; you’ll find all her credentials and everything you need to work with a reliable professional. With many years of experience, she is a valuable resource for anyone looking to navigate the financial market.
I just looked up her website on google and I would say she really has an impressive background in investing. I have sent her an email hope she gets back to me soon. Thanks
This is what podcasts need to be. Just a pure value filled conversation between 2 highly disciplined & motivated people. Noah knew exactly what to ask and when to speak, he used his time extremely well. James on the other hand would make such a good mentor, I'd pay anyting to be coached under this guy. Sadly social media has made it so only people that speak big and dress big will get an audience. Entreprenuers like James need to be on there preaching. Solid job on this interview, loved to hear James's epxeriences and outlook on money and business! Earned a subscriber.
Man this dude had so many opportunities to ask an abundance of good questions. He was so focused about the damn jet expenses.... I would have keep asking about those moments where he was transitioning in life and how he did it.
totally - going from lower-middle/blue-collar to ultra-wealthy isn't a walk in the park. Granted, he put in the work but I'm sure he'd tell you about the intensity of the internal work and the changes of perception being equally as challenging. Giving up one extreme identity for another isn't easy, friends. It's nice to hear from these people how they've transitioned.
@@ray-mc-l I agree. This was a free conversation where that man gave away valuable information regardless. Show some respect, which the interviewer did. Obviously we all would like to learn more, so maybe he can do a follow up interview if we ask nicely ;)
I’ve watched a lot of interviews and this by far is one of the best I have ever seen. Wealthy ? Yes but he’s also extremely grounded. Very genuine guy. You have FREE videos like this on UA-cam, yet people rather watch reaction vids on a pointless topic.
@@12349Nitin agreed, people who live for their emotions are weak and first and foremost small minded. Life is about outgrowing yourself and outhinking yourself, not about eating eating caviar or "impressing" people with an expensive watch. If that path leads to finacial success, nice. But people who see money, lifestyle, status as ends in in of themselves are deluding themselves. Humans strive for purpose and menaing and not simulacra of importance
I could listen to this guy all day. He seems totally at peace with himself and confident in his pursuits. I’ve struggled with settling for less than what I deserve in my work. And listening to James is truly inspiring. And he also seems totally unpretentious. And it’s clearly indicative of his humble upbringing. Thank you so much for sharing this interview!

Jeff Bezos made the biggest Marketplace in the world aswell as the biggest Cloud-Company as of today. I could give you more examples but you hopefully see my point. Society in alot of cases made billionaires actually billionaires. If u want to hate, dont hate them, hate the people that made them successful.
People who want to make the world better by helping their communities deserve more coverage. This dude was a very thoughtful and present human who wants to do good with his financial gifts. He’s a hidden hero m
you could tell before the interview even began. he was willing to help a random guy who said he was making a youtube video. and he didn't seem like he was doing it for the attention or trying to make himself look cool/stroke his own ego, it seemed like he was only helping out a stranger
“Life’s about the quality of your emotions” was a standout quote from James - such a thoughtful guy. Would love to watch more interviews like this, Noah!
@@anamosa1574 ah I didn’t know he coined the saying initially! Not a follower of Tony Robbins so thanks for pointing that out. Either way I thought in this interview you can tell James has a high level of self awareness and has spent a lot of time thinking about how he can improve himself

I actually feel like something clicked in my head to make the changes I’ve been needing to through this amazing interview. Stretching, health, time importance, bigger risk, and remembering what’s most important. I didn’t expect this to be this good.

One of the best conversations with a wealthy man i have ever seen and herd. Well done on not giving up and finding someone whom was worthy of your time.
James Williamson. Had to find out who this guy is bc he’s that dude. With all the bullshit we have to sift through on UA-cam, this was extremely refreshing and enlightening. The guy we always wanted, but didn’t know we needed.
I have been scrolling for this comment. Fully understand that he likes his anonymity and privacy as much as possible but I would really like to see and listen more from this guy.
I am actually lost for words, that has to be one of the most profound interviews I have ever watched. The value in this is just insane, and the reminder to take things back to basics of what is truly important, health, family and looking after yourself first.
I usually don't watch these kind of interviews, but I like this guy a lot, he gives me a lot of strength, has amazing energy and is definitely the best interview in this field
This guy is the real deal! I can listen to him 24/7. What's real about him is that he understands, that true wealth comes from helping people, and not by 'killing your competition' . Bring him on more often if you can.
@@FlygisTheFlygis Highly doubt it would do you any good, if you wanted to find something else by the guy, you can forget it, if his name doesn't show up after saying his first name and how he made his millions, and his country, then he probably isn't a social media kind of guy.
I'm glad I clicked on this video. There was a lot of insight and wisdom in it. Even taking the bold risk to ask for a flight on someone's private jet was a testament on risk and reward. Persistence and resilience pays off when you're not scared to put yourself in a new uncomfortable position that can help you get ahead in your life. This was a great conversation.
this is easily the best interview i've seen. this man really values his time. he told us what we need to hear. be more valuable. fix problems. be available. the bigger problems you solve the more money you make
James took a risk by letting Noah on the plane...but a calculated one. I don't know anything about James, but he comes off as genuine, intelligent and the results clearly speak for themselves. I think James has provided some valuable insight and likely inspired many others to do bigger and better things to improve the world we live in and solve problems.

This is the most authentic and best thing I’ve ever seen on you tube. The Ex Naval guy is so blasé about his wealth that he genuinely knows if he lost it all tomorrow he is smart enough to get it back again! Thanks Noah for sharing this moment. It’s inspiring.
@@onceuponascale Human made climate change (it's changing, but probably not because of us) is a lie to keep people down. I believed it too until a few years ago when I woke up. He didn't fall into that trap and he made some interesting hints regarding the current situation and what's wrong with it... A true libertarian I would say. Awesome. Once more people become like him, we will solve the world's problems, including pollution through old fashioned means of energy generation.
@@dreamraver Thank you for your reply. Climate change had always existed. This is a natural phenomenon. In this natural state those changes take place over very long period of thousands of years. And life follows. Or not. During glaciation period many species disappear. The problem now is that this is happening over the course of 200 hundred years. Which means that nature (flora and fauna) will not have time to adapt. The problem we have is not only fuel consumption. This is only a small part of it actually. To build this plane it has taken a lot of wood (to produce coal), a lot of coal (to produce metal), a lot of metal and lot of other stuff I don’t know ‘cause I’m not a plane designer. But one thing that I know is that those ressources are taken from forests and mines and in the process nature is destroyed. This is a reality. Just look for “mine rehabilitation” , “mine impact” just right here. And look for “deforestation” as well. There are visual proofs to that. As well as humans. Because hundreds of thousands of people over the world are losing their farms, their forests, their access to clean water, their livelihood just right now as a consequence of deferorestation alone. Then there is the garbage problem. Have you heard of the “garbage patch”. Just check it out, it’s dreadful. And there is the melting of the ice in the north. These problems are real. Otherwise it would mean that hundreds of thousands of journalists, social workers, photographs, mine workers, CEO, managers, google employees, youtubers, etc. are lying to us. So how does that work? All those people from many different countries are employed by some special secret place that ask them to lie to the rest of the population? To us. But aren’t those people “us” as well? If there is a liar, I would believe these are the powerful people who get money from lobbying in order to let some people carrying on getting the big money from this destruction. An average person in a rich country uses a lot of ressources. Like a LOT. Through indirect uses too. Like all the goods coming from China. That are made by burning coal. And that does not even includes vehicles. So a guy flying in a private jet. Forget about it. That’s what I meant by “more people in private jet” I’ll be happy to answer any other questions.
@@onceuponascale Thanks for the elaborate reply. I see your point. Resource consumption is indeed an issue on this planet. However, I wonder how we could ever overcome this. Either we shrink down to something like a billion people (or even less), and that's apparently the goal of the "elites" if we again believe the conspiracy theories (which shall not the topic here), or we revert our so called development and go back to a pre-industrialization lifestyle. Who wants that? Nobody, I guess. So I am pro further development in order to figure out how we can save resources, reuse and recycle them, replace them with natural materials etc.. There are efforts being done already which go in that direction. Well, I agree that even then it will naturally not be the solution to buy more private jets by people like him. But that's not what I meant. I was rather talking about the can-do mindset of that guy and how he apparently tries to use his money to make an impact. And if he sees the jet as a necessary tool to achieve his goals, then let him use it. I can't judge his case. But I can imagine that it makes sense for some of "such" people (but by far not for all) as the pros might totally outweigh the cons.

I used to own a small limo service in south Florida and billionaires as well as millionaires used my company. I learned so much from the billionaires because they all had a similar mindset to this gentleman. They seemed humble, even when discussing great accomplishments, and like this man, were mostly involved in relationship building. I got to be a fly on the wall when they made calls in my car. Most went something like this - "I want John for this project, however, Lisa will be upset if she doesn't get the assignment, so make sure we put Lisa on this other assignment because I know she was also very interested in that one." Also, they seemed like they could care less about money. Millionaires liked to brag about "I have this, I drive that, I've been to all these exotic places." Billionaires seemed very down to earth. They'd say things like, "did you see the football game last night?" What a great interview!
this bit of nuance you picked up on is pretty interesting. I imagine the billionaires were once like the millionaires but grew out of it. Fascinating psychology...

It's painfully haunting and equally motivating that I sit here watching this as a post-navy submarine, engineer wage slave Knowing a guy so similar to me did this and is so wise about it.
Some of the wealthiest people that I have met are the most interesting and down-to-earth people. Just like this guy, they got wealthy by solving problems. The worst "rich people" are usually the ones who are jealous narcistic types who think they deserve everything and they think that they are better than other people. Those people can get to be millionaires, but rarely beyond that. It's hard to build a large well-functioning organization if you're an unredeemable a-hole.
there are douchebag millionaires/billionaires, just like there are horrible poor people. People label every single rich person as a devil and a person who was overtaken with greed. In reality, all of these rich people are just hardworking very down to earth disciplined people. That's how it always was and it's how it will always be.

This video is insanely insightful. As an introvert, never did I imagine an entrepreneur could be introverted. This was a huge eye opener. I got a huge boost of confidence from this video.
That’s because we’re always exposed to the flashy wealthy people in the media who want everybody to know what they have and enjoy flaunting themselves for attention. They make money by creating an illusion which leads them to connect with the right people. The wealthy introverts couldn’t care less about the limelight because they make money by using their intelligence, which is a lot more graceful and brings far less enemies or problems down the road. They started with humble intentions and a wholesome foundation. Building relationships is an important skill to have but yearning for acceptance and attention vs. not caring about those things is what separates the two.
I agree: We have this 'Hollywood' image of what a millionaire looks like / talks like. In contrast, there are people who simply recognize opportunity & work hard.

100% I agree. I loved this video so much I created a video breaking down why James is soooo powerful. Would love to know why you think he is so calm?
Yes
What does "this is actually life" even mean bro
He's not your God brother yall idolizing random millionaires and celebs is so obscene lmao
He is selling you his image which in turn commands your respect which creates a lack of critical observation.
Noah’s ability to be silent after getting an answer to a question is a masterclass in conversation.
Exactly

That’s what I meant by “more people in private jet”
I’ll be happy to answer any other questions.

@@JEHERN100 Thank you! How did you find out?
@@banterboy1 I’m in the Navy and Puerto Rican. He was in the Navy and currently resides in Puerto Rico. We’re basically family. Haha. No, but seriously, I just saw it on social media somewhere and found some of his older UA-cam videos and social media profiles. The dude is sharing some straight platinum knowledge.
This interview was awesome, showed me just cuz you’re rich doesn’t mean you have to lose who you are or be a bad person. He seemed like a legit down to earth dude. Good video
Found this by accident, love this kind of interview/chat. Ask a question then just let the person speak without interrupting. Good job
This whole thing is absolute fire, thanks to James for jumping in, thanks to Noah and his team to be so gutsy. Probably one of the best videos out there about growth mindset.
Mindset is everything . My son is airforce and his training has really taught him alot . Especially in regards to mindset and focus.
Very true. God bless them. Masterclass to say the least.
His response to when asked why he let them on the plane is awesome. "Why not? There's empty seats." A truly humble, well spoken guy. If only we as a collective had more of his way of thinking we'd be a lot better off. I thoroughly enjoyed this little interview. A lot of great info to take away from. Need more people like James, rich or poor. It's about character.
Very well said 🙏🏽

I really loved the interview. I wish I could have asked so many questions. And I believed every single word he said. Bc if I were in his shoes, I imagine if feel the exact same way. He was completely objective, honest and humble! I love all people… love u all!!
@INVESTRADE 40:50
Wish I had friends like this, always moving towards improvement instead of complaining about what’s wrong
People should only have one time to complain. Anything else means they are not trying to solve the problem.
I love the eye contact with complete calm and relaxed attitude.
I love how well you ask a question and just actually listen and let him speak, not enough people do this anymore😂
That’s one that was good he just listened and he kept talking
Exactly
This is therapy for this guy… he’s not really answering his questions but he’s opening up… dude is deep I like him
Great interview man. You can tell that guys super humble and would be a great mentor to anybody. Doesn’t brag about anything and is honest.
James Williamson for president!!! I love this guy’s energy and mindset! This is my 4th time watching this interview. There needs to be more people out there like him! He is so grounded, genuine and inspiring. I love how he made his fortune and shares the knowledge and energy to help inspire others to meet their goals too.
Bonus points for being handsome, great choice of jewelry & gems to keep that positive energy/grounding/ protection momentum! I love it!!
Kudos NOAH for this amazing interview and the courage and dedication to do this! ❤
Love his perspective,at 67 years old I’m 50 years an entrepreneur, he is 100% correct for everything , I’m happy you got to interview him, I’m saving it to show to my flight students for mentoring on life’s out there, go find it and keep learning from others.
thank you very much for Sharing your experience.
may God bless you with billions of usa Dollars
@@avahart2301 Once you possess something for so long it loses it's value. Even just as a millionaire money has almost no impact on my life at all.
Very interesting observations! Thanks for sharing!
I’ve said this for years. There is a massive difference between millionaires and billionaires!
So, did you progress since the limo service is past tense?
That man just connected with my soul. There's something about him that's so familiar, so earthly, yet so different! His calm demeanor, yet demanding presence is what need so much more of. Great interview!
It's called intelligence and wisdom
@@NathanIslesOfficial you can't just sum an entire person down to two words. The words are just signs, just guesses, just labels for us to categorize the world we see and experience. The original vague comment is much more descriptive than your two exact words.
@@takeuchi5760 ok
@Bear face He certainly is intelligent, and wise, And SO much more! I understand what you're saying, but the snark behind your response is thick. He's not a simple mind-why insult him with such simple descriptors?
@takeuchi We really do live in a day and age that we must simplify and dumb down every aspect of our existence to keep others comfortable. My verbiage was not well digested, so naturally snark and elementary adjectives are acceptable replies. It is what it is. I don't usually retort 😉
What a fantastic man, vibrant, young energetic, full of positivity
Love people like that
HE loves people like that
One of the best videos I’ve seen on life, business, loss and triumph…most anyone can identify with James, because he seems to constantly self assess his life on many fronts…business as well as private and philosophically….He is an inspiration and his humbleness is uplifting
This man is American gem just hidden away thank you for this interview I needed to hear a lot of what this man had to say.
Noah you are the best interviewer hands down. Just letting people talk will get more information than asking twice the amount of questions.
What a clip! Absolutely fantastic and thank you for your energy, determination, and most of all sharing this. Great inspiration. I shall share and follow!
It's painfully haunting and equally motivating that I sit here watching this as a post-navy submarine, engineer wage slave Knowing a guy so similar to me did this and is so wise about it.
never too late man
How old are you
It is all good Jesse, only ask yourself if you make a progress every single day. We are perfectly design as individual.
Never too late, also you have an amazing work history and qualifications. I'd love to be able to say I was an engineer.
We got this Jesse. We need to work hard from now and always take opportunities in front of us. Let's go my man!
This changes my view on billionaires and millionaires completely. This guy is so damn down to earth
If your business relies on making contacts and deals, you are going to be much more successful if you are easy to get along with. Usually the ones that get away with being a holes are the ones born into money.
You'd be down to earth too if you didn't have to actually work and money flowed into your bank account through little effort on your part
@@ObviouslyGuitarMen through little effort is the stupidest thing i've ever heard. I don't think you realize the ups and downs when starting a business or investing into something, let me know when you try though.
Noah does such a great job of listening, not interrupting and letting this man fully process his thoughts and verbal them. Most of the real gold comes after the pauses.
I’m so inspired that James is trying to impress no one. The way he sits, eats, talks… legend
I agree: We have this 'Hollywood' image of what a millionaire looks like / talks like. In contrast, there are people who simply recognize opportunity & work hard.
James has been a true inspiration on me. I'm 17 and in a crappy position at the moment with things looking dead end and I see James and he's talking about at 19 he was working at subway. Crazy how life works man. Thank you James for giving me hope and countless others too.

I like how his advice is consistent and humble. He's very waste conscious of both time and money. He does things because he sees the opportunity in it. Great mindset.
This is Pure Gold. A regular guy who has been there, done that and eventually became wealthy. He can relate to the working class person.

Such a high quality model for other younger men, or even older.
He is very smart but above all, he is WISE. A long forgotten quality.
That guy has a great mind and you can tell he’s a deep person with real emotions. This is absolutely the best interview I’ve seen with a person that has wealth in multiple areas of their life.
This guy has it figured out. Love his chill approach, and the fact that he knows his value. Also love that he's a humble AND successful guy. Totally agree with everything he said...love his confidence and his great taste in dogs too. 🥰
Stumbled across this video. What an interview! He comes across as a genuine humble guy that wants everyone to do well. Fantastic!
Absolutely best 45mins I've spent on UA-cam in a long time. Thank you James & Noah 😊
So nice (and rare) to hear a convo with an actual self-made dude with nothing to sell. So real. Here's to being part of the solution in the future!
Noah, WOW this was legendary. James is beyond a cool cat, I learned so much during this interview, took literal notes in my notepad. The way you interviewed him was awesome, such incredible listening and just letting him share his complete framework of thoughts. My all-time favorite YT interview, thank you for making this happen. And I LOVE what James stands for and his character. very cool point how he reversed his cathartic curve from lower back by consistent hamstring stretching.
I learned more from James in 45 mins, than my entire college experience. Wow, what a wealth of knowledge. We need a part 2 on how to start businesses from scratch from him.
This guy, first he was running late, then he offers you a flight and give a speach in a hounest way that people genuine like.
He is a rolemodel to all people
He thought about it and put it in front of being late. Ended up contributing something positive that 3.3 million views have gained something from. His decision benefited millions in some way. It also benefited himself in someway. He enjoys being for real. Epic decision. Spontaneous like he talked about.
@@shovelheadseven Yes, thank you, Mr. Rich. (Not rich only in term of wealth but rich as a man mostly.)

This interview is "fuck yes" for me. What Jame's is mentioning is invaluable. Stretching for healing - "The Body Keeps the Score" book - Trauma mapping. Focus and intention. Be kind to your self. And agree with folks saying Noah's ability to stay quiet after Jame's answers, which elicits additional clarification and perspective, is masterful. Two people working together to provide us amazing open-source knowledge. Well done. Well deserved. Thank you both.

This decision he just made of being in this interview. Just changed his whole life!!!
Amazing this man took the time to do this interview. Humble, successful, smart and a vet. Wish more people were like this. Thanks for sharing your knowledge with the world James!
More people ARE like this, its just not shown. 90% of the rich people, truly rich, not fakes, but truly rich, they are just as amazing as this man. Humility, research and generosity truly has its rewards in life.
There are plenty of people like this, they are never shown due to their calling and it’s The rewards are greater when the legacy is established
Most people just underestimate themselves. It doesn't take much to become humble and get your priorities straight and make the tough decisions in life. Don't be scared just do it. That said, im not rich, but most of the ppl I have known are nowhere close to as put together as this guy is, and most people are too focused on shiz that just does not matter at all in life.
