    Completely stupid considering that almost every physical therapist will tell you that taking the bar deep behind your head like that is asking for shoulder problems! I'm sure the orthopedic surgeons are happy to see you promoting this though!

      actually if done with lightweight and here was only 135 pounds it is actually safe and beneficial. The problem is when you load it up as if you were pressing normally where the injury comes from. Also bad ROM and other factors cause issues
