Oh my goodness, this video is an absolute godsend right now. I’ve been in the process of moving and I cleaned our old house yesterday- the cleaning products all irritated my sinuses and gave me a wicked migraine. 😭 I’ve settled into bed, put a little peppermint oil on my temples to help me relax, and I’m so thankful for this video to help me drift off and hopefully feel better when I wake up.

@@BeBraveBeYouASMR1 you’re so kind, thank you- I’m doing much better! I usually use less intense cleaning products, and I guess I’ve learned that I can’t use the super strong, bleach-based ones! Thankfully the migraine only lasted about a day and a half.
I usually pick an ear cleaning video while I go to bed, but I’m so glad I picked this tonight! 🫠😌😴

I am sitting writing this comment as I listen to the wonderfully relaxing music that is currently playing on this video.
This was so amazing; the lighting gave a real cosy feel to the whole scenario and I have to say all the hassles of the day that were still on my mind seemed to melt away during this.
I loved the face brushing with the pom pom which I found a nice tingly moment, however I especially enjoyed the Reiki session.
Its something that interests me for several reasons, and this really drew me in, and I could literally feel my spirits rising to a positive level.
Noted the trigger word too, it gets me every time now since you introduced it a few videos back so thanks for including that.
This was just what I needed as mid-week pick me up. I am going through a frantic time at work currently with lots on, so it was nice to be able to relax and drift off to this.
