My mom used to get awful migraines when i was little and I remember going with her to an appointment for it. The office was quite dimly lit and the nurses nearly whispered with how soft and gentle they spoke. Thinking back at it as an adult I can appreciate the kindness in making the place as comfortable as they could for their patients. This video reminded me of that 🥰

I've been dealing with severe chronic migraine attacks since I was a young teen. I got them so frequently they thought I had a brain tumor but turns out I did not so I've now gone for about 10 years with no answers and migraines typically 4-5/7 days every week😅 nothing usually helps me relax and I end spending my entire day in the bathroom with excruciating pain and vomiting. Anyways... my point in this comment is that of course I currently have a migraine and am laying on the bathroom floor but this video really helped me relax so thank you 😂🤍
