Such a gentle sweet and kind lady .. I found Nicola"s channel a few months back , and wouldn't be without her in my nightly ASMR routine now .. I suffer severe anxiety and racing thoughts which seem to be particularly more dominant at nighttime , Having ASMR in my life has been such a lifeline , even if I'm unable to concentrate fully at times , just having aomething to dostract me from my head has been such a wonderful relief ... Haven't lived in Germany for so long don't know the regulations there anymore. When I rent a car I use my American license & passport. Hope all is well in the UK💕
