Ingredients for the dough:
1. Flour, 450 gr.
2. Egg, 1 pc.
3. Water, 1 tbsp.
4. Salt, 1/2 tsp .
5. Vegetable oil, 1 tbsp.
Ingredients for the filling:
1. Minced meat, pork/beef 50/50, 500 gr.
2. Large onion, 1 pc.
3. Water, 1 tbsp .
4. Ground black pepper, 1 tsp .
5. Salt, 1/2 tbsp .
6. Garlic, 3-4 cloves
1. Break an egg into the sifted flour.
2. In a glass of water, dissolve the salt and pour it into the flour.
3. Knead the dough for 15 minutes.
4. Well-kneaded dough, put in a cellophane bag with a spoonful of vegetable oil. We distribute the oil well over the dough and send it to rest in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.
5. While the dough is resting, we prepare minced meat. Meat, garlic and onion are ground in a meat grinder.
6. Salt, pepper, add water and mix well.
7. We remove the rested dough from the package, divide it into two parts. Each of the parts is rolled into a sausage and cut into equal tortillas.
8. We roll out each cake in such a way that the middle is thicker and the edges are thinner.
9. We put minced meat in the middle and sculpt poses by pinching in a circle. In the center we leave a hole for the steam outlet.
10. We spread it on a steam grill, having previously dipped it in vegetable oil. Also, for convenience, you can put a cellophane bag on the steam grate.
11. Pour a little water into the steamer, bring it to a boil and lay the grids with poses. Cover with a lid and cook for 15-20 minutes without opening the lid!
At the end of the specified time, the poses are ready, bon appetit!
