Hi Anita. Greetings from Brasil. In the middle of my insomnia, I reached your video. It reminded me of a time I live with an indigenous tribe in the Amazon forest. To wake up at 4 am and to go to sleep at 6 pm is a community thing. This changes the whole thing of "improvement of oneself" and "to be better" type of thing. It is a group habit that brings together a set of fun and amusing activities since to have a shower into the igarapé before dawn (small nearby rivers) to share night dreams stories in a circle. I do not doubt that to sleep more hours and to go to the bed earlier is a health improving but...You got the point. Best.
I am struggling to forgive UA-cam for not presenting your content to me sooner.... But the algorithm finally got on the ball.. 😜 This is so good. I have to be at work by 5 am. So I'm up at 3. Sometimes 2 if I'm excited and struck with some inspiration. I walk the dog first, check out the sky as well, listen to the absolute quiet and enjoy it. Then meditate, do my little routines to set my intentions for the day and work on my sewing. Or art. Or whatever I feel moved to do that day creatively. My hobbies come before my work. That was my biggest shift in the morning routine. Fun before work. The rest of the day is spent enjoying what I have/am creating and not looking forward to doing it when I get home. It sounds so simple but it has shifted my happiness from "the next thing or next time I get do..." to, I'm satisfied now and present in my day. And I'm not tired all day. I work a very physical job and don't start to wind down until about 7 pm. But I feel like I am living in those few hours before work just for me. My selfish but necessary needs are met and I'm more useful to those around me and more genuine. Make sense?? New subscriber here for sure. ✨💚✌️
That's totally me. My routine was - work, then wait to do the things that I want to really do. But I've changed my routine now to do things I love first (living my life) and then get to work. Has been such a shift in my daily life and I'm loving it more :) I'm glad to find you're like myself too ...!
I love your mantra to SLOW down 🤩! It’s so nice when you can start your morning in an intentional way. I also love walking up with no alarm as you wake up when your body is well rested. How? Is it because of habit (being woken up at that specified time) or you just willed your body to wake up? I really need some tips. I'm so prone waking up late and i really cannot afford to do that (work etc)
@@michelechu9950 the night before tell yourself you must wake up at whatever time you want if it's 4am 530am whatever and go to sleep. Your body will automatically wake up at the time. If you're too tired or go to bed early you will still wake up but may be irritated why you woke up that time. So try to go to bed at a reasonable time. 9pm is reasonable if you can be in bed by 830pm even better. No phones in the bed . When you do it 1or 2 times you will automatically just wake up that time.
Yes yes yes Thank you for reminding me. Through my human experience I have been noticing that I can eat more while be more slender during those times of my life when I’m only eating while I’m eating. I’m appreciating my food and amazed at its taste and texture. Love my food and the food loves me. Thank you for reminding me of this. I’m going to get back to it as a way of life.

I just say myself that I have to wake up at 4:30 am and I honestly don't set any alarm. I wake up around 4am to 5 am. This is amazing. It's all about power of mind

A beautiful morning well spent....i too dont drink coffee tea till evening .....only water water and a concoction of ginger and dry powdered amla water with pepper....a real super drink.....i do yoga for 1 and half hours including pranayama.....and then to my other basics .....breakfast is a porridge with fried powdered millets and lime.....then my usual lunch .....evening tea and a walk....and finally dinner.....really good i feel with this plan.....ill try out your plan too....sounds interesting....your presentation is so lively

In entire north east, every single person wakes up by 4 am, as sun rises by then, and goes to bed by 6 pm as sun sets by then. Having practices for 2 years I have subscribed this habit for life. Once u r up so early, you will fall into a best routine as rest of world would be asleep, including your spouse.
Just magical!!! My dream of getting up early and starting my day with Surya namaskar and then pranayama. They just coincide. The way you have projected is so simple and fun. I enjoyed a lot!!! I hit LIKE button and notification and then bell icon when you asked for it.. that's why I said it's magical... Usually we skip these in most of the videos...
