    Because of you, I've started doing Suryanamaskar..it's been a month now! On day 1, I was about to give up at 20 but something pushed me till 108.. all thanks to your guided video..I feel a change in me, a positive one. Something that i hadn't seen in 18 yrs of my existence.. I'll be forever greatful akka 😇🙏❤️❤️

    I came from 93 to 76 with my own diet and all stuff i prepared for my self in lockdown .but after entering into college by somehow I regained 4-5 kgs ... I feel depressed that may be I will put on all the wt i losed ...but U r the one who calms my mind and ur words just tapping my shoulder to be back on track ❤️ love you 🌟

    Hi Anita,
    I am 21 yrs old,prepared for neet from kota..and this year finally taking admission. I have gained a lot of weight. On 17th July my weight was 90 kgs, and i got diagnosed with thyroid and i am prediabetic now. I was really shattered. But then for the first time in my life i decided to go for some exercise. I tried many but couldnt do anything but then i finally landed on your 108 surya namaskars with me video and literally it changed my life. From august 7 to this day i have lost around 12 kgs. I am 78 now but like i know 78 is also huge amt of weight which needs to be shed but seriously i swear to God i am so body positive right now. I love myself. I have never been like this ever. I was always a chubby kid and i hated my body but for the first time in my life i feel like going out, getting dressed for diwali, like i never did these things...I am really grateful ❤..Thank you so much for making me experience life fully❤

    Buy unpolished Daals directly from farmers instead of buying from brands. It’s not difficult to find such farmer even though you stay in Metro city. When we go to long drives, stop to farms on your way.

      @@prajaktasamel25 I am maharashtrian too.. Panvel, Ghot, Taloja and many more farming villages are near navi Mumbai…. On weekends when you go out for long drive … Looks for the agricultural fields around.. meet those local farmers… if you really wish to find such things , you’ll anyhow find it. If you are not willing to find then you can’t even look same thing even though available infront of you.

    I started my weight loss journey 3 months back. I was 83 kg now I am 72 kg ... I am not doing any dieting but yea I drink hot water 3 glasses every morning in empty stomach . I go for walking and evening by 7 o'clock I eat my dinner these 3 simple step I took 3 months back. More to go ... and you are right ✅️ we should keep it simple and flexible with no hurry and worry.

    Hi, Anita. I am glad that I came across your video. I tried a lot to loose weight for many years, I was able to achieve it successfully during the lockdown period. I had cut out rice and took only breakfast and dinner (two meal a day), no snacking and worked out daily for one hour. I was 81 kg when I started within few months I saw the difference. I came down to 71 kg. I still want to come down to 60 kg. I hope following your tips will help me loose another 10 kgs.😃💕

    I tried to start my weight loss journey last year after recovering from covid in April’2021 but always had some issues.. Finally got a bit more regular since Dec’2021.
    Initial weight was 80kg
    Currently (Oct’2022) I am around 70kg so I have lost 10kg in 10 months lol As per my height my weight should be around 57kg-64kg so I have another 10kg to go. I’m content with my journey. 1kg loss per month doesn’t look like any progress as per UA-cam standards but it is progress! I’m healthier now. I don’t deprive myself of anything. I know that if I am a little strict about counting calories(eating vs burning) or portion control, I would loose weight faster but it’s not a race. Slow weight loss is so easy on your mental health as well as physical health.

      Weight loss is not mathematics.. As per internet calculators i should have lost around 5 kg in a month, but here i am, having lost only 3.1 kg in 40 days. But as you said, it's progress nonetheless.

    My weight is 81kgs...I put on 20 kilos after my delivery...I am trying hard to lose weight and failing each and every time..Yes one thing which I found in your video is say no to extreme diet..and to sweat for 20 min atleast...yes I am going to reorganize everything from tomorrow morning...This video was extremely motivating for me❤

      Listen, if you just delivered a baby, be kind to yourself & your body, it’s doing it’s best to nurture a baby & nurture you. Give it some time, slowly start walking, walk as much as you can.. walk regularly.

    Hi Anita, really liked your transformation story. I could relate to it because I also had gained a lot of weight while preparing for exams before college. Kudos to your discipline and dedication of keeping with the healthy diet and exercise regimen. I find it really inspiring!
    Could you make some videos of salads that you can prepare quickly? That is the one I struggle with, especially when I come back from work, tired and hungry

      Of you are really hungry the last thing to eat is a salad have eggs! Fish! Nuts peas and legumes instead of red meat like burgers and make better choice....
      Have REAL foods don't think I can onlu have salad and cucumber and tomatoes those are low calories...
      Can you not snack on nuts and fresh fruits before you come home?? Apple and pears are great ideas and so are berries... feel like you should make your own cookies/ nut bars to take along to your job... that would prevent you from being seduced by candy bars and worse choice on your way back home....

    You have really inspired me !! I have just checked my weight few days earlier and i had gained a good amount of weight to 90kg. And it has been terrorising me. I have tried exercising but my body doesn’t seem to adapt at all. I will try to go for running from tomorrow, and I will also reduce the consumption of rice.

    Today I am starting my journey on self-improvement to every aspect of my life. I am a CA student and since the time I am doing my articleship/internship, my weight and mental health has been imbalanced only. The Boss doesnt let me leave and give extra work to get completed. Because of this, I have longer/extended hours in the office,plus I have study to do as well. The first thing I am going to do is to say NO to this toxic work culture. I will say him that I am going to just work for the given time. This would me my first step to not think " If everyone is doing this Then this is OKAY" well, THIS IS NOT OKAY. I will work on my body , my mind and my studies and most importantly my relationship to myself. I have been harsh on me lately. I will move towards the flow of life, maybe gradually but without giving up. ❤

    I lost 16kgs in 4months. With low carbs and 20-30 minutes gym. I still need to loose more than 8kgs but there is no rush. I am letting my body recover ❤ Hopefully soon I will be proud of myself.

    Great vid Anita. What I would also add, if you did this, and lost weight effectively, it can be very stressful if you put some weight on afterwards.
    It can happen when you’re sick, with corona or had an injury which prevented exercise for a while and you’re stuck at home, feeling poorly and craving comfort foods. It’s completely normal and the weight will come off slowly, as you return to your normal activities following recovery.
    It is tempting to resort to short term solutions, but even if they’re immediately effective, they’re not sustainable and it will
    only add frustration and injury to your metabolism, in addition to the weight returning back.
    So accept that it’s ok for our weight to shift back and forth with lifestyle and that sometimes it’s unavoidable. You’re more than just your body, so love yourself in times of set backs.

      I needed to hear this today and I totally agree. I love her videos & how she motivates people to lose weight, but I also feel stressed out & feel a sense of urgency to lose weight when I watch this. I was of healthy weight until I got infected with covid, although I did lose some more, after the infection, I was too exhausted for months & the covid also affected me mentally , with anxiety & panic attacks, these factors prevented me from going out & exercising as I did before, as I was taking care of my mental health. As a result I put on some weight , also recently, I got diagnosed with hypothyroidism. This broke my heart. Because I’ve never fallen sick or put on weight, until covid hit me. I’m still trying to come to terms with my diagnosis & weight gain. Although I’m doing everything I can, like eating right & working out, I find it hard to lose. It’s on my mind 24/7. I hate going out at times, I hate dressing up because I don’t like to see myself in the mirror, I uninstalled Instagram, because it gave me major fomo & videos like these make me question myself & why I can’t lose 30 kilos in 6 months. I wish these influencers, with their well intended videos, also told us, that all bodies are different, individual metabolism or their metabolic disorders determine how one loses weight. And that you can’t always have a desirable weight. If you’re thinking about the diet & weight every waking hour, there’s something really wrong with you, And that, quick weight loss journey can also put pressure on one’s thyroid & other organs. I wish we had one rule fits all when it came to weight loss, but it’s far from the truth.

    I have lost 18-20 kgs during lockdown with my own diet and exercise that I designed after reading up and watching videos. I have put on 5-6 kgs back but it doesn't kill me. I'm sure and confident that I could maintain that wait for 2 years and I will shed this weight soon.

    Two more things - Timings are important if we have lunch around 12-1 ,it is good. Dinner from 5.30-7.30, really good. Secondaly I notice if try to eat little less. Automatically you feel good and also reduce

    Nice video. You were able to lose that kind of weight also because you were a kid. I would easily lose 5 kgs in college with a little effort. Today its hard despite the fact that I work out like a beast. I do but that's not gonna happen sister.

    Needed to hear that we need not be harsh to ourselves while going through the process of weight loss ... just regular monitoring of progress daily or once in 2 days is the key ..keep motivating yourself by achieving the set targets which are achievable and make yourself proud!!

    I can't focus on weight loss because I have to focus on studies.. but I have plans for my vacation, thanks so much for your video... it's really helpful... 😍now, I don't eat so much like before, but I don't skip my meals either... so I think that's good for a start... I totally cut down on sugar for like 2 weeks now, I might have some cake on my bday though 😊I'm planning to walk long distances in the morning during my vacation... hope it works... at least a bit :)

    From morning to evening sitting on a chair nd having meals this makes me fatty.
    But I'm adding some physical exercises in my routine

    Between depression-eating after losing my mom, and then having a baby as soon as I stopped feeling sad about mom..um, I've gained 30kg in 2.5 years. So... now I want to lose it all, hoping to lose it in 6-12 months, then work on fitness to keep toned and keep my TDEE up.

    I also started at 90.2kg and now I am 79kg. My goal weight is 65-60kg. I’m still maintaining my weight now but I’m going back soon.

    You have said and done every thing right, perfect steps to weight loss, most importantly one will never gain the weight back I just learnt these yesterday and here you are telling exactly what I was planning to do, I am 77 kg, height 5.2 and 52 years, I wish yo reduce 10 to 12 kgs, I am going to and will let you know definitely once I did, nice to know you, wonderful and mindful video 👏👏👌👍

    It's not so simple, as you describe it. It is not just "eat less, move more". What made you lose weight were positive emotions. You have to be able to find joy in something other than food. This is the key. Otherwise all your attempt will be too hard for you to take and you will end up eating again.

    You’re my angel 👼 trust me I have be going through a lot after my delivery wanted to do diet trying to loose all pregnancy weight saw so many crash course diet videos but never made it through the end😣when you said in video about how okay it is two take few steps back but not all the way back it really inspired me because what I always do is setup unrealistic goals and I don’t achieve them😢like always I feel it’s okay who cares let me eat as usual all the junk 😂 now I wonder why did it took so long to get to your channel ❤but it’s never late 🙂BIG THANKS TO YOU AND LOVE YOU LOT it takes big Hearts to share positivity and your positivity has changed my mind this very night ❤ now I weigh 85.7kgs will keep you updated hopefully 🤞 I’ll change but A BIG LOVE FROM THIS LEARNER TO HER ANGEL 👼

    I'm so jealous! "I had difficulties with portion control, so I replaced one delicious carb with an even more delicious carb and lost weight" ;) I know it was not just that but it's still funny that you "got" to eat chapatis and roti and lost that much weight so quickly.
    This video and you are great! Thanks for the tips! I had the same experience with just using movement you already love. I hate running but I love walking. I get bored doing a 5k, let alone a 10k but I will gladly walk 40km in a day. And I might not be able to do that much every day but like a good 5-10km every day is possible and it adds up over time. Same with dancing. Instead of feeling ashamed that I'm heavier and avoiding my dance class, I just went back and discovered that nobody cared or was shocked that I was heavier :)
