  • This is a cleaner head to a Shark Rocket Pro model UZ145. I show how to take apart and clear the brush roll jam to get it functioning again.

    Super helpful. I followed step by step and cleaned all the hair and strings off the brush and bearing area. Somehow I had three screws leftover when I was done. 😅

    I came across your video and went and grabbed my vacuum out of the trash. I didnt have the tool to take it apart but did find that it had dog hair and dust which made the roller stop working not the motor. Saved me $350.00. I am going to take it to a vacuum cleaning place to do all the hard work you did and get it a good cleaning. Thanks for the video!

    Thanks for the video. i had mine half torn apart when i got stumped. Thanks for the walk through. I had a huge chunknof dust that was hard as cement in that end bearing that seized up and had to use a blad to scrape it out.

    This video was a HUGE help !!! I used it last night to help clean my shark vac. Very easy to follow along with. I did end up ditching my gasket seal cause it would not cooperate. Thank you so much for this how to!

    I have a Shark If250 which cuts out after about 5-10 seconds with the head attachment on. Runs ok without it. But it will also cut out with the power brush on it but less often. Don't know if you've come across this?

    I can’t seem to unscrew the deepest back left screw. Any advice on how to get in there to unscrew it?

      Back left. Hmm from which direction? Do you have security Torx screw bits?

      thermal switch kicked it off most likely. Wait 30 minutes. It should reset once it cools off.

    How do you test a Dyson UP16 Cleaner Head?

    • @richardsvacuumcenter
      @richardsvacuumcenter  Рік тому

      I usually have another machine I can swap the head off of and try. Not something people can do at home since they usually only have 1 machine. Test for voltage coming out where the cleaner head connects with the support wheels locked up.

      what should the voltage coming out where the cleaner head connects be? and is it AC or DC?
