Shark Rocket PetPro Cordless Vac - repair is very difficult

Cordless vacuums are a great alternatives for light cleaning. But for those of us with pets, the critical issue is keeping the hair from clogging up the unit.
The Shark Rocket PetPro model hits every check point EXCEPT for serviceability. Watch this video to see how complex it is to take apart just to unclog the hair that tangles around the roller axel.
This is my second unit with the same issue and now both are completely useless. I successfully cleaned it once but only after buying special Torx Security bits to remove the screws.
Overall it’s a poor design for a unit that is supposedly target at homes with pets.
