Thanks so much for posting this great video! I was about to buy a new vacuum when it occurred to me to check UA-cam. Yours what the first video that I watched and you solved my issue. I was able to get the vac back to working condition by using another vacuum to suck out the debris from the impeller housing. Great job! Keep up the good work.

Shark bakes in an obsolescence timer into it’s integrated circuit for the battery. All shark battery powered devices have the same problem and i think this is a criminally underrated issue. They are designing their battery powered systems to have the logic boards fuzed to the battery itself, and thus the devices are rendered useless after x period of time.

a huge thanks for this video.
I'd made the mistake of using my vac without the filter and it was making a loud noise.
Now it's fixed thanks to you!!!!!

Real simple guys...just buy a new one or buy another brand! Mine started screaming after 3 months of use. I tried cleaning out the filter and it didn't make a difference. So I threw it in the trash and bought another brand. Problem solved.
