    Went through 9 weeks of physical therapy earlier this year for a bulging disc, these are some of the moves my PT had me do-back pain is GONE! Love this as functional core activation before heavy lifts 🎉

    l love your quick activation classes. i incorporate them during my whole day, f.e. as short breaks in between computer time. even only 7 minutes can cause a re-energized feeling, improvement of general well-being and clear your mind! (plus consciously reduced little activations of specific muscle groups very probably improve their functionality in your severe/harder workout routines. maybe you will recognize a change in performance)
