    Sub 10 minute videos are my favorite! Loved this, added to my rotation of pre/post run stretches. Short enough that I can commit to doing them everyday! Thanks Candace! :)

      Thanks for the feedback! I always feel bad when they're kinda short like this because I just assume people want longer, so THANK YOU for letting me know you actually prefer shorter!

    I got confused with the left and right instructions not matching up with the movements
