    How to breathe while we tuck in the core, through nose?? Or should we hold the brethe

      Usually what I do is inhale through nose exhale through mouth. Tucking your core is basically letting out a complete exhale. So when u go back to the starting position take a deep exhale to tuck it in, then go again. Once ur knee is fully raised and during that process is when u inhale all the air
