I’m 20 and never realised I had poor posture when I was younger, I’m feeling the struggle now with the manual work that I’m doing.

Out of dozens of videos about this exercise, no one did such a good job of explaining where the movement originates from, which is weird. All this time, I've felt like I did it wrong and now I know why. Thank you for your guidance Sir. I really hope that you have the same approach to all the other exercises.
You're very welcome!

Priceless advice. I was shown these moves and stretches before but they didn't really help. Seeing the proper technique shown here has made a massive difference even after a few days. Can't thank you enough.

I am currently having sciatica pain, can I do this cat now pose
My question is going into cow. As I lower my belly and bring my heart forward, my concern is at the lower back and can you flex too far? Ie) almost pointing the tailbone to the ceiling at the end of the inhalation giving an extra small flex? Or is it better to not do that extra little flex at the end, keeping the lower spine more neutral with concentration being more on the opening of the chest?
While doing cat pose i feel pain in lower back what i should do?
I have a lower pain pain now so can I do the exercise while in pain?
