2. Dip chamomille tea bag for 5 mins
3. Add a quarter teaspoonful of nutmeg powder
4. Pinch of cinnamon (optional)
How about me i cant drink milk coz my stomach is struggling😢i have a problem in falling asleep at night and usually i sleep at 9 in the morning already🥹and i have only 3 hrs of sleep in a day hope someone can help me😢

Chamomile tea. Increase sleep, decrease blood pressure and other things. Mix with milk with Tryptophan. Sprinkle with cinnamon.

I'm going to start with just the warm milk for a few nights, then add the nutmeg for a few nights, then add cinnamon, too. I'm only getting the chamomile if I really need it, because I have pollen allergies and chamomile is in the daisy family.

As I am lactose intolerant, almond milk is my Go-To. And I love nutmeg as well as cinnamon in cooking. Cinnamon will not make any impact on Type I Diabetics (childhood onset… genetic) but I love cinnamon. This evening hot drink sounds so nice… I’ll have one this evening! ❤❤
I appreciate you saying type 1 diabetics as I was diagnosed at 9 am now 31. Oddly for me if I have more than a little bit it does affect my blood sugar to drop but that’s a teaspoon amount not a dash here and there. 😊
@@BrookesLife1992 Ww! Perhaps your pancreas produces a tiny bit of insulin then? Interesting! I have a spoonful in coffee simply to sweeten it naturally and also a teaspoon with Chia seeds, ACV, lemon or lime juice with water… all puréed. I’ve had Type I since 1972, so for quite a lot of years. xx

I drink camomile that I forage and add Tilia which is also great for sleep. Mix it with a few leaves from a peach tree which also promotes sleep. All organic. I've never made it with milk but will try with rice or almond milk. Thank you Doc for all your great advice. I love your vids!
Hello Dr. Mandel, you are a beautiful Dr God bless you! Listen, I've been having problems sleeping since I'm a child! And now that I'm all receiving worse, I didn't realize when you live in apartment! I lived here 36 years and in that time, it was so quiet. It was a blessing.! my neighbors above me they left because the people above them drove them crazy! and they were young people I think was 27 and the girl was 25! And they told me they have to move because they cannot take the noise! They were lucky because their parents have money and they bought a house in Long Island! For me, sleeping is torture. I can't fall asleep.! and I'm taking medication for sleeping! I've been taking for 13 years volume! To help me with the noise! So I don't know the volume is doing something to me! Causes me to have a lot of anxiety! It's just horrible! I tried the one with the banana and cumin ! It helped me a little bit then I go to sleep, and then I wake up again in two hours later! You simply torture! I've been listening to you on the hand! the one I don't understand is the one with the neck I don't know where to put pressure on the neck exactly I'm trying not to take so much medication! Be careful of chamomile tea if u have pollen allergies. Learned this the hard way...but for me yesss to warm almond milk cinnamon and nutmeg!!thanks for this!!!❤❤❤

Add some curcumin to water and boil it add some milk, that’s golden milk. Flavour it with cardamom or cinnamon enjoy it.

I tried this after watching this video and it worked for me, I was surprise because I have a chronic insomnia. I was taking melatonin for few weeks which it work but I was waking up a lot during the night. I started drinking this drink and it work the same night. Until today I continue doing it every night and most of the time I have a positive result. Thank you dr for this recommendation.

I asked a group of about 15 ladies who were senior citizens about their sleep, and all of them said they had sleep problems.
I would only get about three hours of broken sleep if I didn’t use a prescription sleep aid. I’m 66 now, I’ve struggled with this for 20 years. Edit: And nothing helps.
