R.I.P. CHAMP
You don't hear many Black guys with New England accents, at least not this thick lol
Nicknamed "Marvelous" and annoyed that network announcers often did not refer to him as such, Hagler legally changed his name to "Marvelous Marvin Hagler" in 1982
Beautiful
What a sporting role model.
He has gone down in history beyond what he hoped. A great champion? Yes. That's just the start of it. He's an inspiration and an icon of single minded determination and commitment. I can't think of any boxer who showed more commitment and worked harder than the truly Marvellous Marvin
Strongest mind in boxing history
He was and IS One of The Greatest, Indeed Champ, RIP and Thank You for all those thrills!..
Hagler was unbreakable. As solid as they come. RIP Champ, thanks for all the work
Great respect ! The greatest boxer of all time. R.I.P
The quintessential boxer.. Never out of shape, never ducked anyone, stay retired and gave us the greatest fight in boxing history with Tommy Hearts. A rare breed of fighter that we'll never see again. Love Marvin Hagler. R.I.P champ.
A great man and a credit to the sport. You'll never be forgotten Marvin.
I wasn't alive while this man was fighting but he is a legend of the sport. Rest in peace Marvelous Marvin Hagler.
As close to perfect as a fighter can be. No weaknesses. He's pretty much the best boxer I've ever seen. Never ducked anyone either.
Marvelous 🙌🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
