Hey, would you be able to make a 101 aroid substrate video ? Like a recap of the pro and con of any substarte you use, for what and what are your fav mix ? This would be so wonderful in order to help us understand the substrates. And will allow us to have it "all in one place"
I’ve been unemployed tooo😂I needed mental health care. I thought exactly like you as in I’ll have time but in reality I still had no time… kinda crazy how much we juggle with work
The dark phoenix is really hard to come by!! Good choice ((: and I just got a crystal X mag with that damage … looks like I’ll have to look into flat mite damage on anthuriums now 🙂🙃
Congrats on leaving your job and making a change for yourself 😊 and taking the time to re-set, I'm doing the very same at the end of the month. Finishing my job, taking a break with a bit of travel. You need the time to de-compress 🙌
Very interesting to hear. I've used keiki paste in the past on my Monsteras etc. and it worked perfectly fine. Then I once used it on some of my big Philo gloriosum cutting and all of the new growth points died because of it.
So happy you're following your intuition ❤️ So looking forward to more videos from you and Lauren is so lucky to have you as part of her plant team 🪴 🌱 🌿 🌾
Another great video❤. I live in wales, UK, so if you come across a slightly hysterical middle aged woman talking gibberish on your travels, that’ll be me having a complete fan girl moment😂😂😂
It's interesting you mentioned your Dark Pheonix getting a bit after after the chop!🤔 I recently moved mine out of a higher humidity prop box to my Milsbo cabinet, and it HATED IT! The newest leaf started to melt and yellow, and so is one of the older leaves. Maybe they're more sensitive to environment changes and more susceptible to shock when being moved or chopped😅
I really enjoyed this. You featured 2 of my fav plants: one wishlist (dk phx)and one I own but I’m obsessed (Gloriosum). I have the Raskog as well. It works well for me. Nothing different to share other than I use mesh grid accessories on it. Great organization.
I hung my mini brush/pan on mine with the grid hook and it sent me to heaven 😍 I’m wondering if I could hang a small garbage can on it for plant debris 🤔
How do you repot and keep the chonks for new growth? I've had 2 anthurium chonks: one was a butt cut, the other ones leaves died back to a stump. Both were exactly what you had! A chunk of stem with a good root system. Both of them rotted on me 😢 I was bitting my nails to see, lol. What's the secret!? Thanks!!
Hello Alice, Happy Sunday which is Palm Sunday! Thks you for the video, I’ve learned so much, but I’m not buying any more plants for a minute 😊here is my wish list, something Anthurium,de Florida Beauty, and a Palliflorum that belt leaf One 👏🏼eventually a Monstera Albo. Nyc🇹🇹🧤👒
After seeing your last video i went to Ikea to find. But they no longer have that cream one anymore which was sad about. I bought the white one and the board aswell on top which i think only goes with these two colours cart. They had a nice dark grey one but doesn’t go with my home decor and the board doesn’t look together with it.
Those dark anthuriums are SO expensive in Europe. Literally every other plant is cheap here but those dark anthuriums never seem to lower in value :c And I want one so badly lmao. I already killed a queen so that would be a very bad investment :')
Seriously the prices have plummeted here! I think the biggest contributor to the prices falling here is A) Ecuagenera/Tropicals and B) people breeding their own. I’m so surprised that that hasn’t happened in Europe yet!
Can you show how you use azamax. I have it & want to use it with my hoya's, but I'm not sure how to use it. All my hoya's are in semihydroponics. Thank you. Love your videos. Congrats on taking time for yourself!
@youdontevengrowhere Thank you so much! I love your videos & enjoy watching your videos & Charmaine's. I purchased my first Anthurium Regale as I think I can deal with something more difficult than Hoya's.
When you use the soap pumpers for fertilizer, how do you know how much you're giving your plants? Do you have a link for them? I tried finding them and couldn't 🙃
I linked them (Canadian link) in the description! You could get a sense of how much 1 pump dispenses by weighing it, and 1g will roughly equal 1mL. Of course it won’t be identical every time though so I tend to do about 1/2 a pump for my watering can
Light definitely helps shorten the internodes and petioles and I’ve always had this under decent light (~400FC) hence the nice bushy growth pattern at the bottom but eventually the petioles are gonna get long with maturity! I guess it feels so overwhelmingly wide because the petioles go horizontal rather than point upward
Plant people have the best spills.
Enjoy the time off to catch up on plant and house projects. I truly enjoy yours, Charmaine’s and Ferns videos. I learn soo much from you all.
Ps let me know what you're cutting and rehoming. Just don't tell my husband 😂🤦🏼♀️🙃
Whatever makes you happy,do it.
You could add and cut some shelf liner for the glass! Like the...more grippy kind
Hiya your very brave can't wait to see more of you and your friends wishing you lots of fun success and laughter we all adore you 💓
love your channel! gotta say hard relate with the candle jars you've been meaning to remove the wax from! haha
replying to myself to say that I enjoyed the bar cart cleaning more than expected-- it's interesting to see the unavoidable hobby debris
Sharing your Dark Phoenix will give other people so much joy! 💚

The soap dispenser for the fertilizer is brilliant, everytime I use mine it leaks down the side , everytime
Omg I need a FL beauty! It's been on my wishlist for a while. I want to pot a Florida beauty with a ghost and see what it looks like.
Good luck in your new job, carrière journey. I'm hoping for much more content also with NST💚
I will definitely try!! Without eating into productivity at the shop of course 😆
You can use coco husk chips in your poles. They work great.
Love your videos. You have helped me so much with my plants. Keep up the long videos. I love them.
Thank you so much Lorie ❤️❤️❤️

My Florida beauty actually propagated well in Pon w high water level. Xx

I totally get your sentimental collecting, I went through the purge and you will feel so happy for it.

I have those same speckles on my A crystallinum, and have been treating it with safers end all. Hopefully the next leaf is speckle free 🤞
Those little 3m clips can be twisted “closed” around the vine.
Iam gonna comment every video from now on just so you can become a fulltime UA-camr
Yes. Let’s make it a thing. I’m gonna go back and just put hearts on every video since the first
Were you two born angels or did you go to school for it 🥺
🎉🎉💜 I love the space you're in!
I have been wondering about mico forever. I asked someone but they never answered me so thank you. I need to get it out of the glass bottle now.

Oxi clean max force gel stick. It'll get any stain out even after years of being stained! 😊
THANK YOUUU

Hello. Just wondering what the ratios are of Sulphur and Cinnamon for your cuttings. I have been inspired and bought a cart today

@youdontevengrowhere i use captain jacks, and it works but after a while the spider mites seem to get resistance towards it, for me at least

I still have to play around with the dilution but I can do an update if I find something that works for me!

Is it a light thing with the Philo Florida Beauty? My Ghost is getting pretty leggy, too!
Would love to know as well

My gloriusum i chop her too and she gave me 6 grow points too😊
Good luck with your sale, to bad for me in the US. 💚💚💚
Where does one acquire a usda shirt?!
I got this from a vintage store called F as in Frank!
Oh so jealous! I’ve spent the last two hours googling and screenshotting your video
Wet your moss...it comes off so much easier...
Litterally going through the comments so I don't have to watch it happen 😅
This was damp crappy reused chopped up moss so soaking it wasn’t gonna make it much easier
✂️😂
I'll buy your humidifier ❤
I’m selling these in my local plant group! I don’t have time to ship, sorry ❤️
